What is happening?
LONDON BOROUGH OF SOUTHWARK
ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 SECTION 14(1)
(WOODWARDE ROAD)
(TEMPORARY WAITING, LOADING AND PARKING RESTRICTIONS)
1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that to enable utility works to be carried out by Thames Water or it’s appointed contractor, the Council of the London Borough of Southwark has made an order the effect of which would be to temporarily restrict vehicles from waiting and loading or parking on Woodwarde Road.
2. This order temporarily introduces ‘at any time waiting and loading restrictions’ on both sides of the carriageway at the following locations: No.s 21-25 , 6 spaces No.s 28-32, 4 spaces No. 36, 2 spaces.
3. The Order will be in force from the 1st of November 2024 until works are completed, the expected end date is the 7th of November 2024.
4. The restrictions will not apply to any vehicle being used in connection with the said works, or for fire brigade, ambulance or police purposes or anything done with the permission or at the direction of a police constable in uniform.
