M621 Motorway (Junction 7) - Temporary 50 MPH Speed Restriction

THE M621 MOTORWAY (JUNCTION 7)
(TEMPORARY 50 MILES PER HOUR SPEED RESTRICTION)
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that National Highways Limited intends to make an Order on the M621 Motorway, in the County of West Yorkshire, to enable maintenance to be carried out in safety.
The works are expected to start at 00:01 hrs on Monday 18 November 2024 for 6 months, or until completed.
The effect of the Notice will be to impose, 24 hours a day, a temporary 50mph speed restriction on the M621 carriageway from 1200 metres south to 150 metres north of the M621 anticlockwise exit slip road at Stourton Interchange a distance of 1350 metres. Traffic management will be in force 24 hours a day and traffic signs will indicate the extent of the restriction (which will not apply to emergency service vehicles or special forces vehicles). The Order comes into force on the 17 November 2024 and has a maximum duration of eighteen months.
