Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended). Effect of the order:
1. To temporarily prohibit vehicles from making a right-hand turn from Merlin Way into Vicarage Lane, North Weald Bassett in the District of Epping Forest.
2. To temporarily impose a one way restriction on the following length of Church Lane and Vicarage Lane, North Weald Bassett, in the District of Epping Forest:

The prohibitions are scheduled to commence on 02 November 2024 to 02 November 2025, between the hours of 0800 and 1500 on every Saturday and Bank Holiday Mondays and are required to facilitate the North Weald Market. The alternative route will be as follows: Rayley Lane, Canes Lane and vice versa.
The Order will come into operation on 02 November 2024 and may continue in force for 12 months to facilitate the North Weald Market.
(Epping Forest District) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On-Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) (Amendment No.40) Order 2024
Notice is hereby given Colchester City Council acting on behalf of the North Essex Parking Partnership in exercise of the delegated powers of the traffic authority Essex County Council granted under an Agreement dated 1st July 2022 has made the above Order under Sections 1(1), 2(1) to (3), 4(1), 4(2), 32, 35, 45, 46, 49 and 53 and Parts III and IV of schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984
The effect of the Order:
1. To revoke Permit Holders Only (HR1) excluding bank & public hols or Limited Waiting Mon-Sat 2 hours no return within 2 hours excluding bank & public hols and replace with Permit Holders Only (HR1) excluding bank & public hols or Payment Parking Place (Pay by Phone) excluding bank & public hols (Pay & Display charges 1 hour £1.00 and up to 2 hours £2.00 max stay 2 hours no return within 2 hours) in Hartland Road, Epping.
2. To revoke Permit Holders Only (KA1) excluding bank & public hols or Limited Waiting Mon-Sat 1 hour no return within 2 hours/Limited Waiting Mon-Sat 2 hours no return within 2 hours excluding bank & public hols and replace with Permit Holders Only (KA1) excluding bank & public hols or Payment Parking Place (Pay by Phone) excluding bank & public hols (Pay & Display charges 1 hour £1.00 and up to 2 hours £2.00 max stay 2 hours no return within 2 hours) in Kendal Avenue, Epping.
3. To revoke Limited Waiting 2 hours no return within 2 hours and replace with Payment Parking Place (Pay by Phone) Mon-Sat 9.30am-5pm (Pay & Display charges 1 hour £1.00 and up to 2 hours £2.00 max stay 2 hours no return within 2 hours) in Traps Hill, Loughton.
4. To amend Schedule 7 in The Essex County Council (Epping Forest District) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On-Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) Consolidation Order 2019 to append the items set out in Schedule 1 of this Order.
5. To amend The Essex County Council (Epping Forest District) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On-Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) Consolidation Order 2019 to allow the additional properties detailed in Column 2 of the table in the Schedule 2 to this Notice to also be able to purchase permits for the existing zone listed in Column 1 of that table.
This Order will be incorporated into The Essex County Council (Epping Forest District) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On-Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) Consolidation Order 2019 by replacing tile numbers TQ425 965, TQ425 962 revision 1 with revision 2 and replacing tile numbers TL460 020, TL460 017 revision 3 with revision 4.
Date of operation: The Order will come into operation on Monday 18th November 2024.

(Epping Forest District) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On-Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) (Amendment No.43) Order 2024

The effect of the Order:
1. To revoke no waiting Mon-Fri 10am-11am and replace with a permit parking zone (ETD1) in The Drummonds, Epping, for almost its entire length (numbers 1-51 inclusive The Drummonds will be able to purchase 2 parking permits and unlimited visitor permits, with a first permit priced at £65 and second at £107)
2. To amend The Essex County Council (Epping Forest District) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On-Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) Consolidation Order 2019 to allow the properties detailed in Column 2 of the table in the Schedule 1 to this Notice to be able to purchase permits for the proposed zone listed in Column 1 of that table.
This Order will be incorporated into The Essex County Council (Epping Forest
District) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On-Street Parking
Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) Consolidation Order 2019 by replacing tile
number TL460 020 revision 4 with revision 5.

(Footpath 62, and Footpath 65, Nazeing) (Temporary Prohibition of Use) Order 2024
Notice is hereby given that further to a Notice on the 03 October 2024 the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section S14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended).
Effect of the order: Further to a Notice on the 03 October 2024 Essex County Council has temporarily closed Footpath 62, Nazeing from its junction with Middle Street to its junction with Footpath 56, Nazeing, and Footpath 65, Nazeing from its junction with Footpath 62 to its junction with Footpath 66, Nazeing.
The closure comes into effect on the 24 October 2024 and is required for the safety of the public and workforce while works on the replacement of a 3.5 metre pedestrian bridge take place.
The alternative route is via Footpaths 56, 57, and 66, Nazeing, and vice versa. The Order will come into effect on 24 October 2024 and may continue in force for six months, or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier. This Order may be extended by the Secretary of State if an extension is required.
(Clays Lane, Loughton) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2024
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Clays Lane, Loughton in the District of Epping Forest, from both of its junctions with Goldings Hill to its junction with Stanmore Way a distance of approximately 70m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 19th November 2024 for 10 days, or where stated on a valid permit (MU093MCW-NL-06640416R - Thames Water). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while maintenance works are undertaken by Thames Water. An alternative route is available via Goldings Hill, Clays Lane, Lower Road, Englands Lane and vice versa (with access only Clays Lane). The Order will come into effect on 31st October 2024 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Hemnall Street, Epping) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2024
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Hemnall Street, Epping in the District of Epping Forest, from its junction with Star Lane to its junction with Hartland Road a distance of approximately 45m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 20th November 2024 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit (MX04410247962 - Affinity Water). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while mains repair works are undertaken by Affinity Water.
An alternative route is available via Hartland Road, Kendal Avenue, Hemnall Street and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 31st October 2024 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Moreton Road, Ongar) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2024
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Moreton Road, Ongar in the District of Epping Forest, from its junction with Cripsey Avenue for a distance of approximately 650m in a north westerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 22nd November 2024 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (BC008PLT2488229423032024 - Openreach). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while pole testing works are undertaken by Openreach. An alternative route is available via Moreton Road, Bridge Road, Church Road, Maltings Hill, Fyfield Road, Ongar Road and vice versa. The Order will come into effect on 31st October 2024 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Sheering Lower Road, Harlow) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2024
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Sheering Lower Road, Harlow in the District of Epping Forest, from its junction with Hatfield Heath Road for a distance of approximately 50m in a westerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 11th November 2024 for 12 days, or where stated on a valid permit (MX04410206149SL - Affinity Water). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while installation works are undertaken by Affinity Water. An alternative route is available via Hatfield Heath Road, Sheering Lower Road and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 31st October 2024 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Cross Roads, Waltham Abbey) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2024
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Cross Roads, Waltham Abbey in the District of Epping Forest, from its junction with Robin Hood Roundabout for a distance of approximately 200m in a north westerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 8th November 2024 for 1 night 21:00-05:00, or where stated on a valid permit (EP2012374160 - Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs
showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while cleanse cattle grids works are undertaken by Essex County Council.
An alternative route is available via Cross Roads, Pauls Nursery Road, Wake Road, Woodridden Hill, Wake Arms Roundabout, Epping New Road, Robin Hood Roundabout and vice versa.
The Order came into effect on 17th October 2024 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Forest Side, Waltham Abbey) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2024
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Forest Side, Waltham Abbey in the District of Epping Forest, from its junction with Honey Lane for a distance of approximately 100m in a south westerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 7th November 2024 for 1 night 21:00-5:00, or where stated on a valid permit (EP2012372872 - Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/ or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while cattle grids cleaning works are undertaken by Essex County Council.
An alternative route is available via Woodridden Hill, Wake Road, Claypit Hill, Forest Side and vice versa.

(Rangers Road, Buckhurst Hill) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2024
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Rangers Road, Buckhurst Hill in the District of Epping Forest, from its junction with Epping New Road for a distance of approximately 710m in a south westerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 7th November 2024 for 1 night 21:00-05:00, or where stated on a valid permit (EP2012374155 - Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/ or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while cattle grid cleansing works are undertaken by Essex County Council.
An alternative route is available via Epping New Road, Robin Hood Roundabout, Wake Arms Roundabout, Woodridden Hill, Honey Lane, Volunteer Roundabout, Dowding Way, Sewardstone Road Roundabout, Sewardstone Road, Kings Head Hill, The Green, Station Road, Rangers Road and vice versa. The Order came into effect on 17th October 2024 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Station Way, Buckhurst Hill) (Temporary Introduction of a Clearway) Order 2024
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order:
1. To temporarily introduce a 'No Waiting, No Loading and No Stopping' restriction in that length of Station Way, Buckhurst Hill in the District of Epping, from a point approximately 45m south east then north east of its junction with Forest Edge for a distance of approximately 110m in a north easterly direction.
"The Essex County Council (Epping District) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) Consolidation Order 2019" will be temporarily amended to include the temporary 'No Waiting, No Loading and No Stopping at Any Time' restriction and suspend any existing parking and waiting restrictions on the above length of road only. All other restrictions and exemptions contained in the aforementioned Order and Amendments to that Order shall remain in force".
The restriction is scheduled to commence on 4th November 2024 for 529 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH10004133 - Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The restriction is required for the safety of the public and workforce while traffic management is currently in place for protection measures on the Bridge undertaken by Essex County Council. The Order came into effect on 17th October 2024 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Tawney Common, Stapleford Tawney) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2024
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Tawney Common, Stapleford Tawney in the District of Epping Forest, from a point approximately 105m south west then south east of its junction with Epping Road for a distance of approximately 60m in a south easterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 5th November 2024 for 4 days, or where stated on a valid permit (MX06059811/AP - Affinity Water). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while new supply works are undertaken by Affinity Water.
An alternative route is available via Epping Road, Tawney Common and vice versa (with access only into Tawney Common).
The Order came into effect on 17th October 2024 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Woodside, North Weald Bassett) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2024
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Woodside, North Weald Bassett in the District of Epping Forest, from its junction with Epping Road to its junction with High Road a distance of approximately 1320m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 4th November 2024 for 5 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2366865 - Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while drainage investigation works are undertaken by Essex County Council. An alternative route is available via High Road, Thornwood Road, The Plain, Epping Road and vice versa.
The Order came into effect on 17th October 2024 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
