THE A43 TRUNK ROAD (BRACKLEY, WEST NORTHAMPTONSHIRE)
(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC IN LAYBYS) ORDER 2024
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that National Highways Limited (Company no. 9346363) has made an order on the A43 Trunk Road, at Brackley, in the County of West Northamptonshire, to enable resurfacing works to be carried out. The effect of the Order will be to close any layby adjacent to northbound and southbound carriageways of the A43 between its roundabout junction with the A421 and the B4031 and its roundabout junction with the A422 and Oxford Road, at Brackley.
The layby closures are expected to start at 12:00 hours on Monday 4th November 2024 and continue for 24 hours a day for approximately eleven weeks. The Order will come into force on 28 October 2024.
Vehicles being used for police, fire and rescue authority or ambulance purposes and vehicles being used in connection with the works or for winter maintenance purposes will be exempt from the closures.
