CITY OF BRADFORD METROPOLITAN DISTRICT COUNCIL

STATION ROAD, OXENHOPE, KEIGHLEY

TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC ORDER

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council by reason of gas works to be executed on or near Station Road, Oxenhope, Keighley has made the above named Order the effect of which is that no person shall proceed in the length of Station Road from its junction with Lower Town to its junction with Yate Lane.

PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with the works to be carried out on the said length of road.

Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times.

Alternative routes for vehicular traffic affected by the Order are available via Station Road (unaffected section), Keighley Toad, Hebden Road, Brow Top Road, Haworth Road, Halifax Road, Keighley Road, Main Road, New Road, Long Causeway, Denholme Road and vice versa.

The Order comes into operation at 08:00 hours on the 28th October 2024 and remains in force until 18:00 hours 8th November 2024 (although the closure can remain in force for up to eighteen months if necessary).
