(Road Closure) Temporary Traffic Regulation Order 2024
The Council gives notice that it has made
the above Order under Sections 14 and 15
of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as
amended by the Road Traffic (Temporary
Restrictions) Act 1991), being satisfied that
all traffic should be restricted or prohibited
to ensure that sewer connection works can
be undertaken in safety along Blossomfield
Road, Solihull, from its junction with
Marshall Lake Road to its junction with
Charles Road (Temporary Cycle Lane
closure to facilitate a Contraflow Traffic
Management) from Saturday 26th October
2024 at 09:00hrs until Sunday 3rd November
2024 at 18:00hrs. For further information

The Council has made this Order under the
Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as
amended, and all other enabling powers.
The reasons for this Order can be obtained
by written request from the address below;
or by inspecting the documents at Solihull
Connect, Library Square, Touchwood,
Solihull during normal opening hours or via

pavements-and-streetcare//Traffic-regulation -orders A copy of the Order is available upon request. Anyone wishing to question the validity or provisions of the Order should apply to the High Court within six weeks
from the date that the Order became
effective. The Order, which comes into force
on 1 November 2024, will introduce the

make the above Order under Sections 14
and 15 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act
1984 (as amended by the Road Traffic
(Temporary Restrictions) Act 1991), being
satisfied that all traffic should be restricted
or prohibited to ensure that the following
works can be undertaken in safety along
Homer Road, Solihull Town Centre,
B91 3RG - from a point outside Solihull
Police Station to its junction with Church
Hill Road — closed in an Eastbound direction
only from Monday 4th November 2024 at
08:00hrs until Friday 29th November at
17:00hrs. Reason for restriction: Enabling
Works —- Solihull Town Centre Energy
Network. Works on behalf of: Solihull
Metropolitan Borough Council. Diversion
route: Princes Way. Access cannot be
provided through the restriction for Police,
Fire and Ambulance Services responding
