Temporary Closure of South Street, Taunton

Somerset Council in exercise of its powers under Section 14 (1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended, have made an Order prohibiting all traffic from proceeding along South Street - from 22 metres south of the junction with Trinity Road, southwards for a total distance of 102 metres. This Order will enable Wessex Water to carry out supply separation works.

The Order becomes effective on 24th October 2024 and will remain in force for 18 months. The works are expected to commence on 28th October 2024 and last until 1st November 2024 between the hours of 00:00 - 23:59 for a total of 5 days.
