What is happening?

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 SECTION 14 (1)
TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF THROUGH TRAFFIC WOODHALL WAY, MOLESCROFT (PART)

Notice is hereby given that East Riding of Yorkshire Council intends not less than seven days from the date of this notice to make an Order, the effect of which will be to prohibit any vehicle from proceeding along Woodhall Way, Molescroft commencing Wednesday 13 November 2024 between 09.30 hours and 14.30 hours to replace defective tarmac around manhole cover & frame in carriageway.

The Road Closure is necessary to enable the works to be carried out in a manner consistent with ensuring the safety of the public. The Order is valid for 18 months, but it is anticipated that the works will be completed within the given time.

The alternative route for traffic affected by this closure will be via Manor Road, Wylies Road, North Bar Without, New Walk, Molescroft Road, Driffield Road and the remainder of Woodhall Way, Molescroft.
