Parish of Stratton on the Fosse Temporary Closure of Beauchamps Drive
Somerset Council in exercise of its powers under Section 14 (1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended, propose to make an Order prohibiting all traffic from proceeding along Beauchamps Drive - from the junction with Fosse Road to Silver Street to the junction with Wells Road. A total distance of 296 metres. This Order will enable Renelec Groundworks Ltd to Widen Road to improve visibility on behalf of Wain Homes.
The Order becomes effective on 7th November 2024 and will remain in force for eighteen months. The works are expected to commence on 12th November 2024 and last until 23rd December 2024 between the hours of 00:00 - 23:59 for a total of 42 days.
