Notice is hereby given that the Council of the London Borough of Haringey on 15th October 2024 has made the above mentioned Orders under sections 6, 45, 46, 122 and 124 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended. The general effect of the Orders would be:
1) To extend the double yellow lines on both sides of Berkeley Road N8 to 12 metres in length from the junction with Crouch Hall Road. This will reduce the shared use permit parking/pay to park bays by 5.8 metres adjacent to No.55 and No.57 Crouch Hall Road.
2) To extend the double yellow lines on south east side of Crouch Hall Road N8 to 10 metres in length from the junction with Berkeley Road to a point outside No.57 Crouch Hall Road. This will reduce the resident permit parking bay by 4.4 metres.
3) To extend the double yellow lines on both sides of Coleridge Road N8 to 12 metres in length from the junction with Edison Road and Berkeley Road. This will reduce the resident permit parking by 6.6 metres outside No.26/28 and No.59/61 Coleridge Road.
4) To extend the double yellow lines on west side of Edison Road N8 to 12 metres in length from the junction with Coleridge Road adjacent to No.57 Coleridge Road. This will reduce the resident permit parking bay by 6.8 metres.
5) To extend the double yellow lines on west side of Berkeley Road N8 to 10 metres in length from the junction with Coleridge Road adjacent to No.24 Coleridge Road. This will reduce the shared use permit parking/pay by phone bay by 3.1 metres.
Date of operation: The Orders will come into operation on 4th November 2024.

Application to the high court: Any person desiring to question the validity of the Orders or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that it does not comply with the relevant powers of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended or that any of the relevant requirements thereof or of any relevant regulations made there under have not been complied with in relation to the Orders may, within six weeks of the date on which the Orders were made, make application for the purpose to the High Court.
