What is happening?

DERBYSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL
ORDER TEMPORARY FOOTPATH CLOSURE
PUBLIC FOOTPATH NO.23 (PART)
CASTLETON

WHEN: 25 October to 25 November 2024.
WHERE: Knowlegates Farm to Old Mam Tor Road
REASON: Surface improvement works. ALTERNATIVE ROUTE: Via Old Mam Tor Road approx. 950m in a south easterly direction then via public footpath number 38, to join public footpath number 39, until junction with eastern section of public footpath number 23, and vice versa.
Access will be maintained, whenever reasonably possible, on the affected length of footpath. The footpath will reopen as soon as the work is finished. This may be earlier than advertised.
Derbyshire County Council apologises for any inconvenience caused while work takes place. Anyone needing further information should ring Call Derbyshire 01629 533190.
