(TEMPORARY FOOTWAY CLOSURE) ORDER 2024

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Northumberland County Council have made an Order to prohibit the use by pedestrian traffic on that section of the U3136 Dandsfield Square Footways from a point at the front of house number 24 heading southwards for a distance of 21 metres in the County of Northumberland.
The Order is to be effective from the 1st November 2024 until the 24th December 2024.
It is expected that the footway will only be closed from the 1st November 2024 until the 4th November 2024 between the hours of 08:00 and 18:00 during this period; however, the order will remain in place until 24th December 2024.
The alternative route for pedestrian traffic will be via the Dandsfield Square Footways.

The closure has been requested by Avonline Networks to install a micro-duct for fibre network. In order to minimise future disruption, other contractors may be undertaking works throughout the duration of this Order.
