(BYWAY OPEN TO ALL TRAFFIC CLOSURE) ORDER 2024

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Northumberland County Council intends to make an Order to prohibit the use by all users on the U6038 Angerton Moor Cottage Junction to Marlish Junction Hartburn for its entire length in the County of Northumberland.
The Order is to be effective from the 9th November 2024 until the 9th May 2025.
The byway open to all traffic will be closed at all times during this period.
There is no alternative route available.
Access will be given to residents, businesses, pedestrians and equestrians.

The closure has been requested by Northumberland County Council due to the likelihood of danger to the public as the byway is in an unsafe condition.
