Mansfield Road, Palterton - Temporary 40 Mph Speed Limit
What is happening?
DERBYSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL
TEMPORARY 40 MPH SPEED LIMIT
MANSFIELD ROAD, PALTERTON
WHEN: 28 October to 13 December 2024.
WHERE: It will be necessary to prohibit traffic from travelling at a speed in excess of 40 mph, from a point 30m south of the Jct. with Steel's Lane to the Jct. with Main Street.
REASON: To facilitate highway improvement works.
The restriction will be in force for the time stated or until the work is finished. This may be earlier than advertised.
Derbyshire County Council apologises for any inconvenience caused while work takes place.

The County Council has made an Order under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) to prohibit traffic from travelling at a speed in excess of 40 mph.
