Winkfield Row, Temporary Prohibition Of Driving Due To Water Works

BRACKNELL FOREST BOROUGH COUNCIL (WINKFIELD ROW, ASCOT) (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF DRIVING) ORDER 2024

Notice is hereby given that Bracknell Forest Borough Council has made an Order, in accordance with Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 the effect of which will be to prohibit any vehicle from proceeding along:

a) Any vehicle from traveling along Winkfield Row, Ascot long from the junction of B3017 Chavey Down Road to the junction of B3034 Forest Road in both directions.

The alternative route for vehicles affected by section (a) of this Order will be via B3017 Chavey Down Road, B3034 Forest Road and this route reversed.

The purpose of this Order is to ensure public & worker safety while undertaking a new water connection.

The Order will come into operation on the 28th October 2024 and has a maximum duration of 6 months. It is currently planned that the closure will be in place between 28th October - 30th October 2024.

This Order shall only apply when the appropriate signs and markings are displayed in the road.
