What is happening?

THE FIFE COUNCIL (VARIOUS STREETS,

BURNTISLAND – BONFIRE & FIREWORKS

EVENT) (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF

WAITING) ORDER 2024

Fife Council has made an Order under the Roads (Scotland) Act 1984, prohibiting the waiting of vehicles on Haugh Rd (from Kirkton Rd to Haddow Gr – both sides), Kirkton Rd (from outside no. 52 to East Broomhill Rd – both sides), Aberdour Rd (from East Toll Roundabout to outside no. 48 – both sides), Cromwell Rd (from outside no. 81 to outside no. 77, from outside no, 69 to outside no. 63 and from outside no. 31 to Thistle St – west side), Kirkcaldy Rd (from East Toll Roundabout to outside no. 40 – north side) (from East Toll Roundabout to outside no. 2 and from outside no. 32 to outside no. 40 – south side), and Kirktoun Dr entrance (both sides).

The Order is to allow Burntisland Bonfire and Fireworks event to take place in safety and will be operational from 15:30 to 21:00 on 03/11/24.
