What is happening?

Exmouth Proposals: Victoria Road/St Andrews Road

and Residents Parking Zones D & E

Devon County Council propose to make these under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 for Exmouth: DEVON COUNTY COUNCIL (EXMOUTH RESIDENTS PARKING ZONE D) AMENDMENT ORDER 6150 to introduce No Waiting At Any Time in specified lengths of Lyndhurst Road, Madeira Villas, Park Lane, Park Road, Waverley Road & Withycombe Road; Limited Waiting Mon-Sat 8am-6pm 1 Hour No Return 2 Hours in specified lengths of Belvedere Road, Danby Terrace & Lawn Road; Limited Waiting Mon-Sat 8am-6pm 2 Hours No Return 4 Hours in specified lengths of Lyndhurst Road, Madeira Villas, Park Road & Waverley Road;

Residents Parking (Zonal) 8am-8pm Zone D in specified lengths of Bakery Lane, Belvedere Road, Bridge Road, Danby Lane, Danby Terrace, Lawn Road, Leslie Road, Lyndhurst Road, Madeira Villas, Madeira Villas (Spur Between 21 & 23), Marpool Hill (Spur Outside Nos. 2 to 40), Park Lane, Park Road, Road From Belvedere Road to Madeira Villas, Service Road for 15 to 45 Lawn Road, Service Road for 2 to 76 Lyndhurst Road, Service Road for Waverley Road 1 to 47, The Hollows, Waverley Road & Windsor Square;

Residents Parking 8am-8pm Zone D in specified lengths of Gipsy Lane, Lawn Road, Waverley Road & Withycombe Road;

Disabled Badge Holders Only At Any Time in specified lengths of Belvedere Road, Danby Terrace, Lawn Road, Madeira Villas, Marpool Hill (Nos. 2 to 40), Park Lane, Park Road, Waverley Road & Withycombe Road.

DEVON COUNTY COUNCIL (EXMOUTH RESIDENTS PARKING ZONE E) AMENDMENT ORDER 6183 to introduce Limited Waiting 8am-6pm 4 Hours No Return 8 Hours (Exemption for Residents Zone E Permit Holders) in specified lengths of Carter Avenue & Southern Road; Residents Parking 8am-8pm Zone E in specified lengths of Carter Avenue & Southern Road; Disabled Badge Holders Only At Any Time in specified lengths of Carter Avenue & Southern Road. Residents, charity business occupier, supported living, school business, motorcycle, scooter & other vehicles band A permits £35 annually, other vehicles bands B-K 1st permit £35, 2nd permit £55, 3rd permit £65; bands L-M 1st permit £35, extra permits £65; virtual visitor permits £30 per issue (200 hours), physical 24 hour visitor permits £30 for 30 permits, essential visitor permits £10 annually, business permits annual cost: 1st permit £35, 2nd permit £75, 3rd permit £150; guest house/hotel visitors permit £30 for 20 permits; annual trade permit £45, short stay trade permits £60 per book of 20, daily trade permit £5, weekly trade permit £25; care worker permits are free.

DEVON COUNTY COUNCIL (VICTORIA ROAD & ST ANDREWS ROAD, EXMOUTH) (WAITING RESTRICTIONS) AMENDMENT ORDER 6179 to introduce Limited Waiting Mon-Sat 8am-6pm 1 Hour No Return 1 Hour (Exemption for Residents Zone B Permit Holders) in specified lengths of St Andrews Road & Victoria Road. Where appropriate there will be the usual exemptions including those in relation to picking up/setting down passengers, loading/unloading goods & disabled persons vehicles. Draft orders, order being amended, plans & statement of reasons may be seen at devon.cc/exmouthparking & devon.cc/tro. Free bookable computer use is available during the opening hours of Devon Libraries. Documents are also available to view during normal office hours at the address below. Objections & other comments specifying the proposal & the grounds on which they are made must be in writing to the address below or via devon.cc/exmouthparking or devon.cc/tro to arrive by 13 November 2024.
