ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 - SECTION 14

THE COUNTY OF DEVON

(TEMPORARY RESTRICTION)

(COURT LANE, SEATON) (NO. 2) ORDER 2024

TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF THROUGH TRAFFIC

NOTICE is hereby given that Devon County Council has made the above titled order.

From 28/10/24 for a maximum of 18 months. Anticipated Finish 20/12/24.

No person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed on the sections of Affected Roads. Roads affected: Court Lane, Seaton

The alternative, signed route for vehicles will be via - Court Lane, Fore Street, Manor Road, Harepath Road, Court Lane Vice Versa.

This temporary restriction is considered necessary to enable: RC Required For Gas Mains Replacement Works.

No person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed on the sections of Affected Roads. Roads affected: Colyford Road, Seaton

The alternative, signed, route for vehicles will be via - Colyford Road, Valley View, Harepath Road, Harepath Hill, Swan Hill Road, Seaton Road, Colyford Road Vice Versa

This temporary restriction is considered necessary to enable: RC Required For Gas Mains Replacement Works.

No person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed on the sections of Affected Roads. Roads affected: Station Road, Feniton

The alternative, signed, route for vehicles will be via - "Station Road", "Road from Sidmouth Junction Cross to Sherwood Cross", "Road from Pattesons to Higher Gosford Farm", "Green Lane", "Road from Rutts Cross to Barton Rise" & Vice Versa.

This temporary restriction is considered necessary to enable: Installation of New Flood Resilient Culvert Through The Village of Feniton.
