HYSBYSIR DRWY HYN bod CYNGOR SIR FYNWY, Neuadd y Sir, y Rhadyr, Brynbuga, NP15 1GA (“y Cyngor”) yn bwriadu gwneud Gorchymyn yn unol â’r pwerau a roddwyd gan Adran 14(1)(a) o Ddeddf Rheoleiddio Traffig Ffyrdd 1984:

  1. 1.Daw’r Gorchymyn i rym ar 30ain Hydref 2024 a bydd yn parhau i fod mewn grym am gyfnod nad yw’n hwy na 18 mis neu nes bod y gwaith y cynigir ei wneud wedi’i gwblhau, pa un bynnag yw’r cynharaf. Rhagwelir y bydd y gwaith yn cael ei gwblhau rhwng 30ain Hydref 2024 a’r 5ed Tachwedd 2024, gan weithredu rhwng 09:30 a 15:30.
  2. 2.Mae angen y Gorchymyn er mwyn caniatáu gwneud gwaith BT Ffeibr mewn modd diogel yn y lleoliad. Bydd mynediad rhesymol yn cael ei gynnal ar gyfer eiddo sydd ar hyd y ffyrdd a effeithir arnynt tra y bydd yr heol ar gau.
  3. 3.Effaith y Gorchymyn fydd cau dros dro ran o Heol Ton, Llangybi, Sir Fynwy, ~375m o’r gyffordd â’r R106 Gwesty Cwrt Bleddyn i Nant Dowlais am ~1.45km.
  4. 4.Bydd llwybr dargyfeirio fel a ganlyn: R106 Gwesty Cwrt Bleddyn i Nant Dowlais, R106 Ffordd Treherbert i Westy Cwrt Bleddyn, Ffordd Treherbert, Heol Nantsor, Heol Penyglog ac i’r gwrthwyneb.
  5. 5.Gellir enwi’r Gorchymyn hwn fel Gorchymyn Rheoleiddio Traffig Dros Dro Heol Ton, Llangybi, Sir Fynwy, 2024.
  6. 6.Yn sgil Adran 16(1) Deddf Rheoleiddio Traffig Ffordd 1984 bydd person sy’n torri cyfyngiad neu waharddiad a osodir dan Adran 14 y Ddeddf yn euog o drosedd.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that MONMOUTHSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL of County Hall, The Rhadyr, Usk, NP15 1GA (“the Council”) Intends to make an order pursuant to the powers conferred by Section 14(1)(a) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984

  1. 1.The Order shall come into operation on the 30th October 2024 and will continue to be in force for a period not exceeding 18 months or until the works which it is proposed to carry out have been completed, whichever is the earlier. It is anticipated that the works will be completed between 30th October 2024 and 5th November 2024, operating between 09:30 – 15:30.
  2. 2.The order is necessary for BT Fibre works to take place in a safe manner at the location. Reasonable access will be maintained for properties fronting the affected lengths of road during the period of the closure.
  3. 3.The effect of the order will be to temporarily close a section of Ton Road, Llangybi, Monmouthshire, ~375m from its junction with R106 Cwrt Bleddyn Hotel to Dowlais Brook for ~1.45km.
  4. 4.A signed diversionary route will be in place as follows:- R106 Cwrt Bleddyn Hotel to Dowlais Brook, R106 Treherbert Road to Cwrt Bleddyn Hotel, Treherbert Road, Nantsor Road, Penyglog Road and vice versa.
  5. 5.This order may be cited as the Ton Road, Llangybi, Monmouthshire Temporary Traffic Regulation Order 2024
  6. 6.By virtue of Section 16(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 a person who contravenes a restriction or prohibition imposed under Section 14 of the Act shall be guilty of an offence.
