Hillingdon Council gives notice that on 18th October 2024 it made the above Orders to remove the following sections of permit holder parking places to facilitate the installation of new vehicle crossings:
i) Remove a section of Zone SR parking place in Cavendish Avenue, Ruislip behind No. 27 Dudley Drive and replace with ‘Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm’ waiting restrictions.
ii) Remove a section of Zone NWH parking place outside No. 4 Alandale Drive, Northwood Hills and replace with ‘Monday to Friday 1pm to 2pm’ waiting restrictions.
iii) Remove a section of Zone RG parking place outside No. 25 Trevor Crescent, Ruislip and replace with ‘9am to 5pm’ waiting restrictions.
iv) Remove the entire shared use pay & display or Zone U5 parking place outside No. 13 Whitehall Road, Uxbridge and replace with ‘Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm’ waiting restrictions.
v) Remove a section of Zone H1 parking place outside No. 34 Richards Close, Harlington and replace with ‘Monday to Saturday 9am to 5pm’ waiting restrictions.
vi) Remove a section of Zone HH parking place outside No. 15 Lavender Road, Hillingdon and replace with ‘Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm’ waiting restrictions.
vii) Remove a section of Zone WD6 parking place outside No. 135 Mulberry Crescent, West Drayton and replace with ‘Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm’ waiting restrictions.
viii) Remove a section of Zone U1 parking place outside No. 12 Bawtree Road, Uxbridge and replace with ‘Monday to Saturday 9am to 5pm’ waiting restrictions.
Copies of the Orders which will come into operation on 28th October 2024 can be seen by appointment at the Civic Centre, Uxbridge during normal office hours, for six weeks following the date on which this notice is published. Copies of the Orders can be obtained from the Transport & Projects team, by email parkingmanagementschemes@hillingdon.gov.uk. If any person wishes to question the validity of these Orders or any of the provisions on the grounds that it or they are not within the powers conferred by the Act, or that any requirement of the Act or of any instrument made under the Act has not been complied with, that person may, within 6 weeks from the date on which these Orders were made, apply for the purpose to the High Court.
