The Temporary Traffic Regulation Order is being enforced for public safety to allow Arden Developments & their appointed contractors to undertake utility connections & other associated works.

EXTENSION NOTICE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Order made by the Leicestershire County Council on 18/04/2024 and which came into effect on 30/04/2024 will be continued in force until 29/10/2025, or until the works have been completed. The effect of the Order is to continue to allow for the closure of that length of footpath as specified in Schedule 1 to this Notice.

The footpath is being closed for public safety to allow for the continued build of Solar Farm. Any member of the public requiring further information should contact Environment and Transport Department on 0116 3050001.
