Section 14(1) of the Road Trafc Regulation Act 1984 (RTRA 1984)

The County of Cornwall (Tabernacle Street, Lemon Quay, Truro) (Temporary Prohibition of Trafc) Order 2024

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 21st October 2024 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by trafc of the undermentioned lengths of road in Truro. This prohibition is necessary for sewer cleaning works and it is expected that the closure will be from 5th November 2024 for one day. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 1900 and 2300, weekdays only.

Roads afected - Tabernacle Street for its entire length and Lemon Quay between the junctions of Tabernacle Street and Lemon Street, Truro.

Pedestrian and Vehicular access will be maintained to properties.

The County of Cornwall (Four Cross, Roskrow, A394 Between Penvose And Treliever Cross, Treluswell)(Temporary Prohibition of Trafc) Order 2024

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 21st October 2024 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by trafc of the undermentioned lengths of road in Treliever. This prohibition is necessary for gully emptying and SAMs works and it is expected that the closure will be from 4th November 2024 to 5th November 2024. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 1900 and 0600, weekdays only.

Roads afected - Four Cross, Treluswell and A394 Between Penvose And Treliever Cross, Treliever for their entire lengths.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by trafc of the undermentioned length of road in St Agnes. This prohibition is necessary for poling works and it is expected that the closure will be from 20th November 2024 for one day. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0930 and 1530, weekdays only.

Road afected - Trevaunance Road, St Agnes between the junctions of West Kitty and Churchtown.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 21st October 2024 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by trafc of the undermentioned lengths of road in Ruan High Lanes. This prohibition is necessary for poling and tree works and it is expected that the closure will be from 7th November 2024 to 8th November 2024. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0930 and 1530, weekdays only.

Roads afected - Road From Ruan Lanihorne To Treworlas between grid references SW89811 41703 and SW90371 41072 and Road From The A3078 From Garage North East Of Treswithian To Junction South Of Ivy Cottage between the access to Treviles Manor and grid reference SW90610 41162, Ruan High Lanes.

The County of Cornwall (Rame Common, Rame) (Temporary Prohibition of Trafc) Order 2024

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 21st October 2024 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by trafc of the undermentioned length of road in Rame. This prohibition is necessary for cabling works and it is expected that the closure will be from 9th November 2024 to 7th January 2025. The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekends included. 

Road afected - Rame Common, Rame for its entire length.
