Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 21st October 2024 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in St Ives. This prohibition is necessary for cabling and desilting works and it is expected that the closure will be from 5th November 2024 to 7th November 2024. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 1930 and 0600, weekdays only.

Road affected - Alexandra Road, St Ives between the junctions of Alexandra Terrace and Belmont Terrace.

This prohibition is necessary for poling and cabling works and it is expected that the closure will be from 22nd November 2024 for one day. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0930 and 1530, weekdays only.

Road affected - Alexandra Road, St Ives between the junctions of Tremar Road and Higher Stennack.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Newlyn. This prohibition is necessary for works to renew and replace frame and cover and it is expected that the closure will be from 21st November 2024 to 22nd November 2024. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0800 and 1800, weekdays only.

Road affected - Chywoone Hill, Newlyn from junction at The Coombe to outside the Methodist Church.

This prohibition is necessary for gully cover installation works and it is expected that the closure will be from 4th November 2024 to 5th November 2024. The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekdays only.

This prohibition is necessary for gas connection works and it is expected that the closure will be from 4th November 2024 to 12th November 2024. The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekends included.

Road affected - Lannoweth Road, Road From Penare Terrace To Lannoweth Road, Penzance from the side of No 32 Lannoweth Road to outside No 3 Penrose Terrace to junction on Chyandour Cliff.

This prohibition is necessary for poling works and it is expected that the closure will be from 4th November 2024 to 7th November 2024. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0730 and 1800, weekdays only.

Road affected - Lower Green Street, Newlyn from No 2 to No 11.

(Temporary Prohibition of Through Traffic and Stopping) Order 2024

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above order dated 21st October 2024 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned lengths of road in Phillack.

This prohibition is necessary for resurfacing works and it is expected that the closure will be from 4th November 2024 to 15th November 2024.

Roads subject to prohibition - Lethlean Lane, Phillack, Lethlean Lane, Hayle and Brookway, Hayle for their entire lengths.

Notice is further given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 21st October 2024 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily impose a stopping prohibition the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any motor vehicle to stop as specified on the undermentioned lengths of road in Phillack. Where any vehicle is found to be in contravention of this Order it may receive a Penalty Charge Notice (PCN) and may be removed from site.

Roads subject to stopping prohibition - Phillack Hill, Phillack, Glebe Row, Phillack, Lethlean Lane, Phillack, Lethlean Lane, Hayle and Brookway, Hayle for their entire lengths.

The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0730 and 1700, weekdays only.
