What is happening?

BRIGHTON AND HOVE CITY COUNCIL

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 TEMPORARY TRAFFIC ORDER - POWIS GROVE, BRIGHTON

1. NOTICE is hereby given that Brighton & Hove City Council have on the 16 October 2024 made an Order pursuant to powers in Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended which has the following effect:-

(a) The temporary closure of Powis Grove, Brighton from outside property number 1a to outside property number 3a.

2. The Order is necessary to allow contractors to carry out the installation and replacement of electrical equipment.

3. Pedestrian access will be maintained.

4. This Order comes into force on 22 October 2024 for eighteen months or until such sooner time as the works are completed, which is anticipated to be 11th November 2024.
