(Norden Remembrance Service, Rochdale)
(Temporary Prohibition Of Vehicles) Order 2024

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Rochdale Borough Council intend, in not less than seven days, to make an Order, the effect of which will be to; Temporarily prohibit vehicles from proceeding along :- 
(i) Woodhouse Lane from its junction with Shawfield Lane for a distance of 45 metres in a north westerly direction.
The Order is required to facilitate the safe holding of the Remembrance Day memorial service. within the carriageway The Order will be operative from 07:00 until 14:00 on the
10th November 2024.
The alternative route for vehicles is via Shawfield Lane, Edenfield Road, Woodhouse Lane and vice versa.

(Remembrance Sunday Parade, Wardle)
(Temporary Prohibition Of Vehicles) Order 2024

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Rochdale Borough Council intend, in not less than seven days, to make an Order, the effect of which will be to; Temporarily prohibit vehicles from proceeding along :-
(i) Ramsden Road, from its junction with Wardle Fold to its junction with Wardle Road,

(ii) Wardle Road, from its junction with Ramsden Road to its junction with Kings Grove.

The Order is required to facilitate the safe holding of the Wardle Remembrance Sunday Service and Parade. within the carriageway.
The Order will be operative from 13:30 until 16:00 on the 10th November 2024.

The closure of Ramsden Road will be a rolling closure from Wardle Fold to Birch Road and vice versa therefore it is not necessary for alternative routes to be in place.

The alternative route for the closure of Wardle Road is via Ramsden Road, Birch Road, Halifax Road and vice versa.

(Temporary Prohibition Of Vehicles Order) (Temporary Prohibition Of Waiting & Loading At Any Time Order) Order 2024

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Rochdale Borough Council intend, in not less than seven days, to make an Order, the effect of which will be to; Temporarily prohibit vehicles from proceeding along :
(i) Greenbank Road from its junction with Whitworth Road to its junction with Eva Street.

(ii) Dewhirst Road from its junction with Greenbank Road to its junction with Binns Nook Road. Temporary prohibit vehicles from waiting and loading at any time along;

(i) Fieldhouse Road from its junction with Joy Street to its junction with Whitworth Road.

(ii) Binns Nook Road form its junction with Joy Street to its junction with Dewhirst Road.

The Order is required to facilitate the holding of the Cronkeyshaw Bonfire and Firework Display within the carriageway.
The Order will be operative from 16:00 until 22:00 on the 7th November 2024.
There will be no alternative route for vehicles.

(Temporary Prohibition Of Vehicles Order) (Temporary Prohibition Of Waiting At Any Time Order) Order 2024

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Rochdale Borough Council intend, in not less than seven days, to make an Order, the effect of which will be to; Temporarily prohibit vehicles from proceeding along :-

(i) Hare Hill Road, from its junction with Lyndale Drive to its junction with Church Street.

(ii) Church Street, from its junction with Hare Hill Road to its junction with Todmorden Road.

(iii) Station Road, from its junction with Church Street to its junction with Railway Street.

(iv) Peel Street, from its junction with Railway Street to its junction with Morgan Street, Temporary prohibit vehicles from waiting at anytime along :-

(i) Station Road, both sides from its junction with Church Street to its junction with Railway Street.

(ii) Peel Street, both sides from its junction with Station Road to its junction with Morgan Street.

(iii) Church Street, the north side from a point 28 metres east of its junction with Hare Hill Road for a distance of 12 metres in an easterly direction.

(iv) Hare Hill Road, both sides from its junction with Lyndale Drive for a distance of 125 metres in a south easterly direction, Suspend those parts of the Borough of Rochdale (Civil Enforcement of Traffic Contraventions) (Various Streets) (Pennines Township) Order 2008 along those sections of Highway specified in the part of this order relating to the temporary prohibition of waiting at any time. The Order is required to facilitate the safe holding of the Littleborough Remembrance Sunday Service and Parade.
The Temporary Prohibition of Vehicles Order will be operative from 09:30 hours until 12:30 hours on 10th November 2024. The Temporary Prohibition of Waiting Order will be operative from 08:00 hours until 12:30 hours on 10th November 2024. Due to the nature and duration of the event it is not necessary for alternative routes to be in place.

(Remembrance Sunday, Milnrow)
(Temporary Prohibition Of Vehicles) Order 2024

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Rochdale Borough Council intend, in not less than seven days, to make an Order, the effect of which will be to; Temporarily prohibit vehicles from proceeding along : -

(i) Harmony Street - from its junction with Moorland Avenue to its junction with Cornfield Street.
(ii) Cornfield Street - from its junction with Wellington Street to its junction with Dale Street.

(iii) Moorland Avenue - from its junction with Harmony Street to its junction with Wellington Street.

(iv) Dale Street - from its junction with Cornfield Street to its junction with Newhey Road.

(v) Newhey Road - from its junction with Dale Street to its junction with the entrance to the John Milne Public House.

The Order is required to facilitate the safe holding of the Milnrow Remembrance Parade.

The Order will be operative from 10:00 on the until 12:00 on the 10th November 2024.

Due to the nature and duration of the event it is not necessary for alternative routes to be in place.

(Clayton Street, Rochdale)
(Temporary Prohibition Of Vehicles) Order 2024

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Rochdale Borough Council made an Order, the effect of which is to;
(i) Temporarily prohibit vehicles from proceeding along Clayton Street from its junction with Halifax Road in a westerly direction for a distance of 16 metres.

The Order is required to facilitate a new gas main on Halifax Road within the carriageway.

The Order will be operative from 08:00 on the 26th October 2024 until 18:00 on the 4th November 2024.

The alternative route for vehicles will be via Halifax Road, Henderson Street, Division Street & vice versa.

(Canon Street, Rochdale)
(Temporary Prohibition Of Vehicles) Order 2024

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Rochdale Borough Council made an Order, the effect of which is to;
(i) Temporarily prohibit vehicles from proceeding along Canon Street from its junction with Clarke Street in a southerly direction for a distance of 9 metres. 

The Order is required to facilitate new gas mains on Halifax Road within the carriageway The Order will be operative from 08:00 on the 26th October 2024 until 18:00 on the 4th November 2024.
The alternative route for vehicles will be via Clarke Street, Dover Street, Sudlow Street & vice versa.

(Temporary Prohibition Of Waiting At Any Time)
Order 2024

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Rochdale Borough Council made an Order, the effect of which is to;

(i) Temporarily Introduce a temporary speed limit that will prohibit any person from driving a vehicle at a speed exceeding 30 mph on St Marys Gate from its junction with Union Street to Spotland Road in both directions.

(ii) Temporary prohibit vehicles from waiting at anytime along St Marys Gate Howard Place from its junction with St Marys Gate, Rochdale from its junction with Union Street to spotland Road in both directions.

The Order is required to facilitate New pedestrian crossing within the carriageway. The Order will be operative from 08:00 on the 23rd September 2024 until 16:00 on the 27th March 2025.

Manouvres) Order 2024

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Rochdale Borough Council made an Order, the effect of which is to;

(i) Temporarily prohibit vehicles from proceeding along Redcross Street from its junction with St Marys Gate in a northerly direction for a distance of 17 metres in both directions.

(ii) Temporary prohibit vehicles from waiting at anytime along Redcross Street from its junction with St Marys Gate, for a distance of 17 metres in a northerly direction in both directions.

(iii) Temporarily Prohibit left and right turns into Redcross St off St Marys Gate 

The Order is required to facilitate a TEMPORARY CLOSURE TO INSTALL PEDESTRIAN CROSSING within the carriageway The Order will be operative from 08:00 on the 25th October 2024 until 16:00 on the 7th February 2025.

The alternative route for vehicles will be via St Marys Gate, Whitworth Road, Howard Street, Whitehall Street, Hope Street, Redcross Street & vice versa

(Oakcliffe Road, Wardle)
(Temporary Prohibition Of Vehicles Order And Temporary Prohibition Of Waiting At Any Time Order) Order 2024

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Rochdale Borough Council made an Order, the effect of which is to;

(i) Temporarily prohibit vehicles from proceeding along Oakcliffe Road from its junction with Halifax Road to its junction with Howarth Green.

(ii) Temporary prohibit vehicles from waiting at anytime along Oakcliffe Road from its junction with Halifax Road to its junction with Howarth Green.

The Order is required to facilitate the clearance of Openreach duct blockages within the carriageway.

The Order will be operative from 00:00 on the 26th October 2024 until 23:59 on the 27th October 2024.

The alternative route for vehicles will be via Oakcliffe Road, Hollowspell, Ashbrook Hey Lane, Halifax Road & vice versa. 
Pedestrian access will not be affected.

(Temporary Prohibition Of Waiting, Temporary Prohibition Of Vehicles And Temporary Suspension Of Disabled Parking Place & Taxi Rank Bay) Order 2024

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Rochdale Borough Council made an Order, the effect of which is to;
(i) Temporarily prohibit vehicles from waiting at any time along the westerly side of Milton Street from a point 14 metres south of its junction with Smith Street for a distance of 62 metres in a southerly direction.

(ii) Temporary Prohibit vehicles from proceeding on to/along the Smith Street Car Park, Rochdale.

(iii) Suspend (part of) the Borough of Rochdale ((Civil Enforcement of Traffic Contraventions) (Various Streets) (Rochdale Township) Order 2008) (Amendment) (No. 75) Order Milton Street, Rochdale.

The Order is required to facilitate safe access to underground structure to provide a new service within the carriageway.

The Order will be operative from 23:00 on the 28th October 2024 until 05:00 on the 29th October 2024.
