What is happening?

Mae Cyngor Bwrdeistref Sirol Wrecsam wedi gwneud GORCHYMYN (GWAHARDD TRAFFIG TRWODD) DROS DRO dan Adran 14(1) Deddf Rheoleiddio Traffig Ffyrdd 1984 a fydd mewn grym o 21/10/2024, yn gwahardd unrhyw gerbyd rhag defnyddio’r rhan honno o Nell Peters Lane, Horseman Green o’i chyffordd â A525 Ffordd Eglwyswen i bwynt 100m i’r de o’r un gyffordd (70m i’r gogledd o Fferm Horseman Green) er mwyn i Hafren Ddyfrdwy wneud gwaith ailosod plwm yn y ffordd.

Bydd y ffordd amgen ar gyfer cerbydau a effeithir gan gau’r ffordd ar hyd A525 Ffordd Eglwyswen, Willington Lane a Nell Peters Lane, a bydd arwyddion i ddangos hyn. Bydd y ffordd ar agor i gerddwyr gydol y cyfnod cau.

Mae disgwyl i’r gwaharddiad bara am 3 wythnos (15/11/2024), neu lai os bydd y gwaith wedi’i gwblhau’n gynt, ond dim mwy na 18 mis.

Wrexham County Borough Council has made a TEMPORARY (PROHIBITION OF THROUGH TRAFFIC) ORDER under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 effective from 21/10/2024 prohibiting any vehicle from using that length of Nell Peters Lane, Horsemans Green from its northerly junction with A525 Whitchurch Road to a point 100m south of that same junction (70m north of Horsemans Green Farm) to enable Hafren Dyfrdwy to undertake lead replacement in the carriageway.

The alternative route for vehicles affected by the closure is via A525 Whitchurch Road, Willington Lane and Nell Peters Lane, which will be signposted accordingly. Pedestrian access will be maintained throughout the period of closure.

The prohibition is expected to last for 3 weeks (15/11/2024), or until completion of the works if earlier, with a maximum duration of 18 months.
