The County of Cornwall (Road From Goads Green To Junction North West Of Beechcroft, Warbstow, Launceston)
(Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2024
Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Launceston. This prohibition is necessary for vegetation removal and masonry repairs and it is expected that the closure will be from 18th November 2024 to 18th December 2024. The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekends included.
Road affected - Road From Goads Green To Junction North West Of Beechcroft, Warbstow, Launceston between the junction Access to Tregray Farm and grid reference SX 17890 89585.

(Road From Stursdon Cross To Coombe, Coombe Valley, Bude) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2024
Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Bude. This prohibition is necessary for gully installation works and it is expected that the closure will be from 18th November 2024 to 19th November 2024. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0730 and 1800, weekdays only.
Road affected - Road From Stursdon Cross To Coombe, Coombe Valley, Bude between grid reference SS 20849 11734 and property named Endslee Farm.

Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (RTRA 1984) Temporary Speed Restriction Order 2024
Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above order in exercise of its powers under section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to impose a temporary speed restriction of 30 MPH over an area of highway being A388 Between Little Comfort And Junction North West Of Monks Hill, Lezant, Launceston between grid reference SX 34777 79938 and Landue Mill for approximately 176 metres. The Council is satisfied that the Order is needed because pole replacement and tree cutting works are being executed on or near the road.
The Order will come into operation on 18th November 2024 and the works are expected to be completed by the 18th November 2024. The restriction will be in force between the hours of 0930 and 1530 on a daily basis, weekdays only.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above order in exercise of its powers under section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to impose a temporary speed restriction of 40 MPH over an area of highway being 83254 From Dolsdon Farm To 8ennacott Lake, Launceston between grid references SX 28217 9472 and SX 28306 94584 for approximately 163 metres.
Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above order in exercise of its powers under section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to impose a temporary speed restriction of 40 MPH over an area of highway being 83254 From Dolsdon Farm To 8ennacott Lake, Launceston between grid reference SX 29198 92899 and property known as Glendene for approximately 67 metres.
The Council is satisfied that the Order is needed because pole testing works.
The Order will come into operation on 20th November 2024 and the works are expected to be completed by the 20th November 2024. The restriction will be in force from 0930 hours on the 20th November 2024and continue until 1530 hours on the 20th November 2024, weekdays only.
