(Church Road, Rayleigh) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2024
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Church Road, Rayleigh in the District of Rochford, from its junction with The Chase to its junction with Linden Close a distance of approximately 150m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 14th November 2024 for 2 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2369406 - Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while carriageway patching works are undertaken by Essex County Council.
An alternative route is available via The Chase, Warwick Road, Trinity Road, Church Road and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 24th October 2024 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Greens Farm Lane, Billericay) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2024
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Greens Farm Lane, Billericay in the Borough of Basildon, from a point approximately 395m north west of its junction with Outwood Farm Road for a distance of approximately 210m in a north westerly then north easterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 3rd November 2024 for 5 days, or where stated on a valid permit (MG07276706-CTM-SC-POLE - O2 (UK) Limited). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while pole installation works are undertaken by O2 (UK) Limited.
An alternative route is available via Greens Farm Lane, Outwood Common Road, Southend Road, Chapel Street, Hillside Road, Valley Road, Meadow Rise and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 24th October 2024 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
(Hermitage Close, Benfleet) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2024
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Hermitage Close, Benfleet in the Borough of Castle Point, from a point approximately 5m south east of its junction with Hermitage Avenue for a distance of approximately 50m in a south easterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 15th November 2024 for 4 days, or where stated on a valid permit (BC411SA001WFMV1R4G - Openreach). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while pole replacement works are undertaken by Openreach. No alternative route is available.

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of High Road, Fobbing in the Borough of Basildon, from a point approximately 90m south east of its junction with Five Bells Roundabout South for a distance of approximately 60m in a south easterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 17th November 2024 for 2 days, or where stated on a valid permit (KL733TLL-30-36-171124 - Network Rail Infrastructure Ltd). (Pitsea Hall Lane, Pitsea) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2024
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Pitsea Hall Lane, Pitsea in the Borough of Basildon, from a point approximately 30m south west of its junction with Terminus Drive for a distance of approximately 40m in a southerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 10th November 2024 for 1 night (00:30-06:30), or where stated on a valid permit (KL733TLL-32-23-101124 - Network Rail Infrastructure Ltd). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while rail inspection works are undertaken by Network Rail Infrastructure Ltd.

(Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2024
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Southend Arterial Road, Rayleigh/Thundersley in the District of Rochford and Borough of Castle Point, from a point approximately where the Off Slip Road from the A127 to A129 is to a point where the On Slip Road from A129 to A127 is for a distance of approximately 855m (Westbound) and approximately 660m (Eastbound). The closure is scheduled to commence on 11th November 2024 for 12 nights (21:00-05:00), or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH10004154-C & EP201EH10004154-2 - Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while PTSI inspection works are undertaken by Essex County Council.

(Temporary Prohibition of Traffic & Temporary Suspension of One Way) Order 2024
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order:
1. To temporarily close that length of Bellingham Lane, Rayleigh in the District of Rochford, from a point approximately 45m south west of its junction with London Hill for a distance of approximately 35m in a south westerly direction.
2. To temporarily suspend the one way restriction in that length of Bellingham Lane, Rayleigh in the District of Rochford, from its junction with High Street northwards to its junction with London Hill as detailed in 'the Essex County Council (Various Streets, Rayleigh) (One-Way Traffic) 2002' for the duration of the above closures only.
The closure and suspension are scheduled to commence on 3rd November 2024 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (BC411SA001WFNJ7D8Y -Openreach). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. (Church Hill, Laindon) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2024
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Church Hill, Laindon in the Borough of Basildon, from its junction with St Nicholas Lane for a distance of approximately 565m in a north westerly then north easterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 28th October 2024 for 19 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EC30061539151 - UK Power Networks). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while overhead cabling works are undertaken by UK Power Networks.
An alternative route is available via Upper Mayne, Burches Roundabout, Upper Mayne, Upper Mayne Roundabout, St Nicholas Lane and vice versa (with access only into Basildon Road).

(Southend Arterial Road, Nevendon/North Benfleet/Thundersley (eastbound only))
(Temporary Prohibition of Traffic & Temporary Introduction of a Clearway) (No.22)
Order 2024
Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order:
3. To temporarily close that length of road in the Borough of Basildon & District of Rochford as specified in the schedule to this Order.
4. A temporary 'No Waiting, No Loading and No Stopping' restriction will be introduced on both sides of carriageway on the above length of road for the duration of the closure to facilitate the works. Signs will be installed indicating when the No Waiting restriction will be in force.
"The Essex County Council (Basildon Borough) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) Consolidation Order 2019" will be temporarily amended to include the temporary 'No Waiting at Any Time' restriction and suspend any existing parking and waiting restrictions on the above length of road only. All other restrictions and exemptions contained in the aforementioned Order and Amendments to that Order shall remain in force.
"The Essex County Council (Rochford District) (Prohibition of Waiting, Loading and Stopping) and (On Street Parking Places) (Civil Enforcement Area) Consolidation Order 2019" will be temporarily amended to include the temporary 'No Waiting at Any Time' restriction and suspend any existing parking and waiting restrictions on the above length of road only. All other restrictions and exemptions contained in the aforementioned Order and Amendments to that Order shall remain in force.
The works being undertaken will take place within an 18-month period from 10th October 2024, exact dates will be specified on one.network. The road will be closed to facilitate each phase of works and then re-opened to the public. Access will be maintained for emergency services. Diversion routes will be signed at each location and residents will be informed of the dates of each phase via letter/leaflet drop and advanced warning signs on the road.

Effect of the order: To temporarily close those lengths of road in the Borough of Castle Point as detailed in the Schedule.
The works are scheduled to commence after 10th October 2024, as stated on a valid permit. The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on One.network.
