Notice under Article 15 of the Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (England) Order 2015 and the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
The following applications have been made to St Helens Council:
Application Number: P/2024/0491/HYFIA
Proposal: Hybrid application for former Parkside Colliery Phase 2 comprising employment floorspace (Use Class B8 and B2 (to E(g)(iii)) with ancillary E(g)(i) (office) and E(g)(ii) (research and development) including sub-structure, servicing and infrastructure (full application) car parking, vehicle and pedestrian circulation space (outline application) and detailed enabling and infrastructure works, to facilitate employment development comprising details of strategic development platform, all areas of strategic landscaping, planting, ecological and noise mitigation, drainage and ground works and details of the means of access severed from the Parkside Link Road. The application is EIA development and an Environmental Statement has been submitted.
Application Number: P/2024/0474/FUL
Proposal: Change of use from retail (Class E) to 7-bedroom HMO (Class C4) along with external alterations and two storey side extension and raising of the roof.
Applicant: Mr Matthew Helsby
Location: 7 Bickerstaffe Street, St Helens, WA10 1DH
The site lies within a Conservation Area.
Application Number: P/2024/0453/S73
Proposal: Variation of condition 4 (approved plans) and removal of conditions 25 and 26 (offsite highway improvement works) on the outline planning permission P/2018/0048/OUTL.
