(Prohibition Of Waiting And Loading/Unloading) Order 2024
The effect of the proposed order is as follows; No waiting at any time on;
Deptford Ave- the north side from Greenbrow Rd in an easterly direction for 8m
Deptford Ave- the south side from Greenbrow Rd in an easterly direction for 10m
Greenbrow Rd- the east side from Simonsway in a southwesterly direction to Deptford Avenue
Greenbrow Rd- the east side from Deptford Avenue in a south-westerly direction for 6m
Greenbrow Rd- the west side from Simonsway in a southwesterly direction for 68m
Simonsway- the south side from a point 6 m west of Greenbrow Rd in an easterly direction to a point 37 m east of Greenbrow Rd
No loading/unloading at any time on;
Deptford Ave- the north side from Greenbrow Rd in an easterly direction for 8m
Deptford Ave- the south side from Greenbrow Rd in an easterly direction for 10m
Greenbrow Rd- both sides from Simonsway in a southerly direction for 10m
Greenbrow Rd- the east side from a point 6m southwest of Deptford Avenue in a north-easterly direction for 48 m
Simonsway- the south side from a point 6m west of Greenbrow Rd in an easterly direction to a point 10 m east of Greenbrow Rd
Existing Orders are to be amended so as to be consistent with the proposal. A copy of the proposed Order together with the statement of reasons and plans showing the proposals may be inspected by appointment at the Customer Service Centre Ground Floor, Town Hall Extension, M60 2LA (for Sat. Nav. use M2 5DB) between hours of 9am and 4.30pm on Monday to Friday. Please email or write into the address below for a copy of the documents. Objections to the proposals must be sent to me in writing to phlegal@manchester.gov.uk or the address below, stating the grounds on which they are made, no later than 11 November 2024.
