Annisgarth Drive, Temporary Traffic Restrictions Due To Utility Works

WESTMORLAND AND FURNESS COUNCIL (U5753 ANNISGARTH DRIVE, BOWNESS-ON-WINDERMERE) (TEMPORARY TRAFFIC REGULATION) ORDER 2024

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that to enable utility works to be carried out ("the Works"), Westmorland and Furness Council intends to make an Order the effect of which is to prohibit any vehicle from proceeding along that section of the U5753 Annisgarth Drive, Bowness-on-Windermere, from its junction with Annisgarth Drive, extending in a north westerly direction to its junction with Langdale Crescent.

A way for pedestrians and dismounted cyclists will be maintained at all times.

There is no suitable alternative route available.

The Order will come into operation on 4th November 2024 and may continue in force for a maximum duration of eighteen months. However, please note that it is anticipated that the restriction will only be required for 8 days and only as and when the appropriate traffic signs are displayed.
