(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC) ORDER 2024
(KELL LANE, HALIFAX)
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Calderdale Council because of works by Avove Ltd have made an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in the length of Kell Lane from No.2 to No.8 for a distance of approximately 20 metres. PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with works being carried out and pedestrian access is maintained at all times and vehicular access for the emergency services is maintained. The alternative route is via Howes Lane, Upper Lane, Hough and vice versa. It is proposed that the Order will come into operation on 22nd October 2024 and remain in force for a maximum 18 months, notwithstanding that the works may be completed sooner and the road re-opened on 22nd October 2024. The Order will be in operation daily during this period between the hours of 19:00 & 23:00.
(PARKINSON LANE, HALIFAX)
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Calderdale Council because of works by Avove Ltd have made an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in the length of Parkinson Lane from its junction with Clapton Avenue and Lemington Avenue for a distance of approximately 50 metres. PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with works being carried out and pedestrian access is maintained at all times and vehicular access for the emergency services is maintained. The alternative route is via Francis Street, Hopwood Lane, Queens Road and vice versa. It is proposed that the Order will come into operation on 22nd October 2024 and remain in force for a maximum 18 months, notwithstanding that the works may be completed sooner and the road re-opened on 23rd October 2024. The Order will be in operation daily during this period between the hours of 21:00 & 01:00.
(PADDOCK ROAD, NORTHOWRAM)
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Calderdale Council because of works by Morrison Water Services have made an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in the length of Paddock Road from outside Stone Leigh in a westerly direction for a distance of approximately 20 metres. PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with works being carried out and pedestrian access is maintained at all times and vehicular access for the emergency services is maintained. The alternative route is via Green Lane, Corporal Lane, Shaw Lane, Brighouse and Denholme Gate Road, Whinney Royd Lane, Tan House Lane, Lands Head Lane, Cave Hill, Blake Hill End. It is proposed that the Order will come into operation on 23rd October 2024 and remain in force for a maximum 18 months, notwithstanding that the works may be completed sooner and the road re-opened on 24th October 2024. The Order will be in operation 24 hours daily during this period.
(BUTTS GREEN ROAD, LUDDENDENFOOT)
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Calderdale Council because of works by Northern Gas Networks have made an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in the length of Butts Green Road from access to Hollin Hall Farm to junction with Warley Wood Lane for a distance of approximately 230 metres. PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with works being carried out and pedestrian access is maintained at all times and vehicular access for the emergency services is maintained to closure point. The alternative route is via unaffected part of Butts Green Road, Greystones Road, Magson House Road and vice versa. It is proposed that the Order will come into operation on 21st October 2024 and remain in force for a maximum 18 months, notwithstanding that the works may be completed sooner and the road re-opened on 15th November 2024. The Order will be in operation 24 hours daily during this period.
(WARLEY WOOD LANE, LUDDENDENFOOT)
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Calderdale Council because of works by Northern Gas Networks have made an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in the length of Warley Wood Lane from its junction with Butts Green Lane to Upper Longbottom Barn for a distance of approximately 200 metres. PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with works being carried out and pedestrian access is maintained at all times and vehicular access for the emergency services is maintained to closure point. The alternative route is via unaffected part of Warley Wood Lane, Burnley Road, Danny Lane, Magson House Road and vice versa. It is proposed that the Order will come into operation on 21st October 2024 and remain in force for a maximum 18 months, notwithstanding that the works may be completed sooner and the road re-opened on 15th November 2024. The Order will be in operation 24 hours daily during this period.
(HORNBY STREET, HALIFAX)
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Calderdale Council because of works by Yorkshire Water have made an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in the length of Hornby Street from No.11 to No.15 for a distance of approximately 50 metres. PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with works being carried out and pedestrian access is maintained at all times and vehicular access for the emergency services is maintained. No alternative route available. It is proposed that the Order will come into operation on 21st October 2024 and remain in force for a maximum 18 months, notwithstanding that the works may be completed sooner and the road re-opened on 25th October 2024. The Order will be in operation 24 hours daily during this period.
(HIGHROAD WELL LANE, HALIFAX)
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Calderdale Council because of works by Avove Ltd have made an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in the length of Highroad Well Lane from No.148 to No.162 for a distance of approximately 70 metres. PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with works being carried out and pedestrian access is maintained at all times and vehicular access for the emergency services is maintained. The alternative route is via Court Lane, Roils Head Road and vice versa. It is proposed that the Order will come into operation on 21st October 2024 and remain in force for a maximum 18 months, notwithstanding that the works may be completed sooner and the road re-opened on 21st October 2024. The Order will be in operation daily during this period between the hours of 19:00 & 23:00.
(HOPE STREET, HEBDEN BRIDGE)
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Calderdale Council because of works by Avove Ltd have made an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in the length of Hope Street from its junction with Cheetham Street and New Road for a distance of approximately 45 metres. PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with works being carried out and pedestrian access is maintained at all times and vehicular access for the emergency services is maintained. The alternative route is via New Road, Albert Street and vice versa. It is proposed that the Order will come into operation on 21st October 2024 and remain in force for a maximum 18 months, notwithstanding that the works may be completed sooner and the road re-opened on 22nd October 2024. The Order will be in operation daily during this period between the hours of 21:00 & 01:00.
(NEW ROAD, HOLYWELL GREEN)
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Calderdale Council because of works by Rapid Response Telecoms have made an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in the length of New Road from No.2 to Turley Cote Farm for a distance of approximately 185 metres. PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with works being carried out and pedestrian access is maintained at all times and vehicular access for the emergency services is maintained. The alternative route is via Swan Lane, New Hey Road, Lindley Moor Road, Old Lindley Road, unaffected part of New Road and vice versa. It is proposed that the Order will come into operation on 21st October 2024 and remain in force for a maximum 18 months, notwithstanding that the works may be completed sooner and the road re-opened on 21st October 2024. The Order will be in operation daily during this period between the hours of 08:00 & 18:00.
(NEW ROAD, ERRINGDEN) NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Calderdale Council because of works by Go Traffic Management intend to make an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in the length of New Road from its junction with Shelf Road to Hebble End Bridge for a distance of approximately 30 metres. PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with works being carried out and pedestrian access is maintained at all times and vehicular access for the emergency services is maintained. No alternative route available. It is proposed that the Order will come into operation on 4th November 2024 and remain in force for a maximum 18 months, notwithstanding that the works may be completed sooner and the road re-opened on 4th November 2024. The Order will be in operation daily during this period between the hours of 08:00 & 16:00.
(JAGGER GREEN LANE, HOLYWELL GREEN)
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Calderdale Council because of works by Rapid Response Telecoms intend to make an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in the length of Jagger Green Lane from outside Cat Steps to Cedar Cottage for a distance of approximately 60 metres. PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with works being carried out and pedestrian access is maintained at all times and vehicular access for the emergency services is maintained. For alternative route follow diversion on site. It is proposed that the Order will come into operation on 4th November 2024 and remain in force for a maximum 18 months, notwithstanding that the works may be completed sooner and the road re-opened on 8th November 2024. The Order will be in operation daily during this period between the hours of 08:00 & 17:00.
(JOHN NAYLOR LANE, LUDDENDENFOOT) NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Calderdale Council because of works by Northern Gas Networks intend to make an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in the length of John Naylor Lane from its junction with Burnley Road to Little Longbottom Farm for a distance of approximately 85 metres. PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with works being carried out and pedestrian access is maintained at all times and vehicular access for the emergency services is maintained to closure point. The alternative route is via Burnley Road, Danny Lane, Magson House Road, Warley Wood Lane, unaffected part of John Naylor Lane and vice versa. It is proposed that the Order will come into operation on 4th November 2024 and remain in force for a maximum 18 months, notwithstanding that the works may be completed sooner and the road re-opened on 6th December 2024. The Order will be in operation 24 hours daily during this period.
(STOCK LANE, WARLEY)
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Calderdale Council because of works by Yorkshire Water intend to make an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in the length of Stock Lane from its junction with Cliff Hill Lane to No.30 Warley Town for a distance of approximately 10 metres. PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with works being carried out and pedestrian access is maintained at all times and vehicular access for the emergency services is maintained. The alternative route is via Warley Town Lane, Newlands Road, Roils Head Road, unaffected part of Stock Lane and vice versa. It is proposed that the Order will come into operation on 6th November 2024 and remain in force for a maximum 18 months, notwithstanding that the works may be completed sooner and the road re-opened on 7th November 2024. The Order will be in operation daily during this period between the hours of 19:30 & 06:00.
(A58 BURDOCK WAY (HEBBLE VIADUCT), HALIFAX) NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Calderdale Council because of works intend to make an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in the length of A58 Burdock Way from junction of Burdock Way and New Bank and junction of New Bank and Burdock Way to junction of Burdock Way and Orange Street roundabout (towards Halifax) for a distance of approximately 446 metres. PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with works being carried out and pedestrian access is maintained at all times and vehicular access for the emergency services is maintained to closure point. The alternative route is via New Bank, North Bridge, Broad Street, Orange Street A58 Burdock Way. It is proposed that the Order will come into operation on 9th November 2024 and remain in force for a maximum 18 months, notwithstanding that the works may be completed sooner and the road re-opened on 10th November 2024. The Order will be in operation 24 hours daily during this period.
