Cordwallis and St Luke's Road - Road Closure
What is happening?
THE ROYAL BOROUGH OF
WINDSOR & MAIDENHEAD
CORDWALLIS ROAD & ST LUKES ROAD
(PART) MAIDENHEAD (TEMPORARY
PROHIBITION OF DRIVING) ORDER 2024
The Royal Borough of Windsor & Maidenhead has made an Order, the effect of which will be to:
Prohibit any vehicle from proceeding along
that part of Cordwallis Road from its junction
with B4447 Cookham Road to its junction with
Australia Avenue and along that part of
St Lukes Road from its junction with Cordwallis Road southward for a distance of 35 metres.
The alternative route for vehicles affected by the Order is via B4447 Cookham Road, Norfolk Road, Risborough Road and Cordwallis Road.
The purpose of the Order is to facilitate works on the highway, namely installation of new raised table and associated works, and as a result there is the likelihood of danger to the public.
The Order will come into operation from 06:30 hours on Monday 21 October until 19:00 hours on Thursday 14 November 2024.
