Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned lengths of road in Perranarworthal. This prohibition is necessary for gully emptying and SAMs works and it is expected that the closure will be from 11th November 2024 to 15th November 2024. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 1900 and 0600, weekdays only.
Roads affected - the A39 Between Arch Hill and Treluswell Roundabout, Perranarworthal for its entire length.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 14th October 2024 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned lengths of road in Mabe Burnthouse. This prohibition is necessary for poling works and it is expected that the closure will be from 30th October 2024 to 31st October 2024. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0830 and 1530, weekdays only.
Roads affected - Corpascus for its entire length and Antron Hill between the junctions of Corpascus and Estuary View, Mabe Burnthouse.

This prohibition is necessary for manhole works and it is expected that the closure will be from 14th November 2024 to 15th November 2024. The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekdays only.

This prohibition is necessary for gully emptying works and it is expected that the closure will be from 28th October 2024 to 1st November 2024. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 1900 and 0600, weekdays only.
Roads affected - B3298 between Scorrier and the junction of the A393, St Day for its entire length.

Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (RTRA 1984)
Temporary Prohibition of Traffic Order 2024
Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 15th October 2024 in exercise of its powers under section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to prohibit the use by traffic over an area of highway being Footpath 18 in the Parish of Carharrack for its entire length. The Council is satisfied that the Order is needed because works are being executed on or near the public right of way to carry out works description/ The Council is satisfied that the Order is needed because of the likelihood of danger to the public due to damaged bridge.
The Order will come into operation on 16th October 2024 and the works are expected to be completed by the 25th March 2025. The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekends included.
The road was previously closed for reasons of public safety by notice under Section 14(2) of the RTRA 1984 from the 25th September 2024 for a period of up to 21 days. Nothing in this Order will apply to traffic associated with the works required within the highway specified above, any vehicle being used for the purposes of an undertaker in an emergency, such as loss of utility supplies and anything done with the permission of or at the discretion of a police officer. Pedestrian access to residents and businesses will be maintained.
