TEMPORARY RESTRICTION TO TRAFFIC
(LINCOLN – RICHARDS AVENUE)
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that LINCOLNSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL intends to make an Order on Richards Avenue to allow for works to be carried out on or adjacent to the road. 
The effect of the Order will be to impose the temporary traffic restrictions on the roads as specified in the Schedule. 
The Order will come into operation on 30 October 2024 and will continue in force for a period of 18 months or the completion of the works whichever is the sooner.
The works are expected to commence on or about 30 October 2024 and continue for approximately 3 days. 
Access will be maintained to properties on the affected length of road but may be subject to delays.
The restriction shall only apply during such times and to such extent as shall from time to time be indicated by traffic signs prescribed by the Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016.
An alternative route for vehicles will be signed.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that LINCOLNSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL intends to make an Order on Hill Rise to allow for works to be carried out on or adjacent to the road. 
The effect of the Order will be to impose the temporary traffic restrictions on the roads as specified in the Schedule. 
The Order will come into operation on 29 October 2024 and will continue in force for a period of 18 months or the completion of the works whichever is the sooner.
The works are expected to commence on or about 29 October 2024 and continue for approximately 3 days. 
Access will be maintained to properties on the affected length of road but may be subject to delays.
The restriction shall only apply during such times and to such extent as shall from time to time be indicated by traffic signs prescribed by the Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that LINCOLNSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL 
intends to make an Order on Waterford Lane to allow for works to be carried out on or adjacent to the road. 
The effect of the Order will be to impose the temporary traffic restrictions on the roads as specified in the Schedule. 
The Order will come into operation on 28 October 2024 and will continue in force for a period of 18 months or the completion of the works whichever is the sooner.
The works are expected to commence on or about 28 October 2024 and continue for approximately 5 days.

ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984, SECTION 14(1)
(BRANSTON – LINK FOOTWAY BETWEEN VILLA CLOSE & SILVER STREET) (TEMPORARY RESTRICTION TO TRAFFIC) ORDER 2024
Lincolnshire County Council proposes to make an Order closing Link footway between Villa Close & Silver Street in the Parish of Branston, to all traffic.
The closure is required to reduce the likelihood of danger to the public whilst works are in progress in proximity to the link footway.
The Order will commence on 28 October 2024 and may last for a maximum period of 6 months, or until the works are completed, whichever is the earlier. 
Access to and egress from properties and land situated adjacent to the length of link footway to be closed, if any, will be maintained where possible.
The restriction shall only apply during such times and to such extent as shall from time to time be indicated by traffic signs prescribed by the Traffic Signs Regulations and General Directions 2016.

The effect of the Order will be to impose the temporary traffic restrictions on the roads as specified in the Schedule. 
The Order will come into operation on 28 October 2024 and will continue in force for a period of 18 months or the completion of the works whichever is the sooner.
The works are expected to commence on or about 28 October 2024 and continue for approximately 26 days.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that LINCOLNSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL has made an Order owing to the holding of the Halloween Event.
The effect of the Order will be to impose the temporary traffic restrictions as detailed in the Schedule. 
The Order will be operative on 24 October 2024 and apply at all times when traffic signs are displayed.
Diversion routes for affected traffic shall be signposted.
