The County of Cornwall (Access To 1-49 Trewartha Estate, Carbis Bay)(Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2024
Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council intends to make the above Order in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Carbis Bay. This prohibition is necessary for poling works and it is expected that the closure will be from 15th November 2024 for one day.
The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0830 and 1530, weekdays only. Road affected - Access To 1-49 Trewartha Estate, Carbis Bay from junction on Sheilas Court to junction on Access To Trewartha House.

The County of Cornwall (B3306 Between St Johns Terrace And Geevor Mine, Pendeen) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2024
Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 14th October 2024 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Pendeen. This prohibition is necessary for installion of build outs and it is expected that the closure will be from 28th October 2024 to 1st November 2024. The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekdays only.
Road affected - B3306 Between St Johns Terrace And Geevor Mine, Pendeen between property known as Steam Pottery and the junction of Boscaswell Road.

The County of Cornwall (Bread Street, Penzance) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2024
Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 14th October 2024 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Penzance.
This prohibition is necessary for works to repair defective reinstatement and it is expected that the closure will be from 30th October 2024 to 1st November 2024. The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekdays only.
Road affected - Bread Street, Penzance from outside No 13 to outside No 16.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 14th October 2024 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned length of road in Penzance. This prohibition is necessary for demolition works to the PZ Gallery and it is expected that the closure will be from 28th
October 2024 to 22nd November 2024. The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekends included.
Road affected - Coinagehall Street, Penzance for its entire length.

This prohibition is necessary for surfacing works and it is expected that the closure will be from 28th October 2024 to 1st November 2024. The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekdays only.
Roads affected - Fore Street from junction with Trevelyan Mews to junction with North Road, Primrose Hill, Goldsithney from junction with B3280 Fore Street to junction with Manor Farm Close.

This prohibition is necessary for poling works and it is expected that the closure will be from 28th October 2024 to 29th October 2024. The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0930 and 1530, weekdays only.

The prohibition will be in force between the hours of 0930 and 1530, weekdays only.

Notice is hereby given that Cornwall Council has made the above Order dated 14th October 2024 in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the RTRA 1984 to temporarily prohibit the use by traffic of the undermentioned lengths of road in Hayle. This prohibition is necessary for gas mains works and it is expected that the closure will be from 28th October 2024 to 20th December 2024. The prohibition will be in force 24 hours a day, weekends included.
Roads affected - Sea Lane, Hayle between the junctions of Trelawney Place and Bodriggy Street and Bodriggy Street for its entire length, Hayle.
