(PARK VIEW, EARLSHEATON, DEWSBURY)
(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC)
ORDER 2024
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Borough of Kirklees by reason of works proposed to be carried out on or near the road has made an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in that length of Park View, Earlsheaton from its junction with Wakefield Road to a point outside number 1 Park View PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with the works to be carried out on or near the closed length of road or to vehicles requiring access up to the point(s) of the closure.
Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times

It is intended that the closure will commence on Tuesday 22 October 2024 08:00 hours and remain in force for until 24 October 2024 20:00 hours (although it can remain in force for any period up to 18 months if necessary)
(HOWARD STREET, BATLEY)
(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC)

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Borough of Kirklees by reason of works proposed to be carried out on or near the road has made an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in that length of Howard Street, Batley from its junction with Bradford Road, to its junction with Henry Street PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with the works to be carried out on or near the closed length of road or to vehicles requiring access up to the point(s) of the closure.
Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times
Alternative routes for vehicles affected by the closure will be available via Howard Street, Warwick Road, Rink Street, Bradford Road and vice versa
It is intended that the closure will commence on Thursday 24 October 19:00 hours and remain in force until 24 October 2024 23:00 hours. (although it can remain in force for any period up to 18 months if necessary)

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Borough of Kirklees by reason of works proposed to be carried out on or near the road has made an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in the following roads in Dewsbury:-
Point Closure:-
Dewsbury Ring Road- at its junction with Webster Hill Webster Hill - no right/left turn onto Dewsbury Ring Road PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with the works to be carried out on or near the closed length of road or to vehicles requiring access up to the point(s) of the closure.
Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times
Alternative routes for vehicles affected by the closure will be available via Dewsbury Ring Road, Leeds Road, Rishworth Road, Vicarage Road, Webster Hill and vice versa
It is intended that the closure will commence on Wednesday 23 October 2024 and remain in force until 24 October 2024 (although it can remain in force for any period up to 18 months if necessary)
(CLOUGH LANE, LIVERSEDGE)
(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC)

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Borough of Kirklees by reason of works proposed to be carried out on or near the road has made an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in that length of Clough Lane, Liversedge from its junction with Church Road, Liversedge to its junction with Halifax Road, Liversedge PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with the works to be carried out on or near the closed length of road or to vehicles requiring access up to the point(s) of the closure.
Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times
Alternative routes for vehicles affected by the closure will be available via Halifax Road, Hare Park Lane, Windy Bank Lane
It is intended that the closure will commence on Monday 21 October 2024 and remain in force for until 25 October 2024 (although it can remain in force for any period up to 18 months if necessary)
(FOOTPATH BAT/43/60, BATLEY)
(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF USE)
ORDER 2024
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Borough of Kirklees by reason of works proposed to be carried out on or near the footpath intends not less than seven days from the date of this Notice to make an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall proceed in that length of Footpath BAT/43/60, Batley from its junction with Footpath BAT/43/70 off Lydgate Road to a point outside Footpath BAT/43/60 near Highfield Court PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to persons carrying out the proposed works.
Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times
Footpath BAT/43/80 will have gated entry/exit point that will be manned through the working hours then on a night it will be fenced so the public can use it but would not be able to enter Keepmoat site.
Alternative routes for persons affected by the closure will be available via Footpath BAT/43/60, footpath BAT/67/10, Soothill Lane, Lydgate Road, footpath BAT/43/70 and vice versa.
It is intended that the closure will commence on Monday 4 November 2024 and remain in force until 4 May 2025 (Any extension will require the permission of the Secretary of State)
(NORTHGATE, DEWSBURY)
(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF TRAFFIC)

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Borough of Kirklees by reason of works proposed to be carried out on or near the road intends not less than seven days from the date of this Notice to make an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in the following length(s) of Northgate, Dewsbury:-
i) Left hand lane closure anticlockwise on Dewsbury Ring Road;
ii) Right hand lane closure from Dewsbury Ring Road to a point approximately 15 metres along Leeds Road; and
iii) Lane closure with no right turn on Dewsbury Ring Road on its junction with Northgate. from its junction with Dewsbury Ring Road to its junction with Foundry Street
PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with the works to be carried out on or near the closed length of road or to vehicles requiring access up to the point(s) of the closure.

It is intended that the closure will commence on Wednesday 6 November 2024 21:00 hours and remain in force until 7 November 2024 01:00 hours (although it can remain in force for any period up to 18 months if necessary)
(PYRAH STREET, DEWSBURY)

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Borough of Kirklees by reason of works proposed to be carried out on or near the road intends not less than seven days from the date of this Notice to make an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in that length of Pyrah Street, Dewsbury from its junction with Carlton Street, to a point outside property no. 16 Pyrah Street PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with the works to be carried out on or near the closed length of road or to vehicles requiring access up to the point(s) of the closure.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Borough of Kirklees by reason of works proposed to be carried out on or near the road intends not less than seven days from the date of this Notice to make an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in that length of Mount Street, Batley from its junction with Warwick Road to its junction with Cross Rink Street PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with the works to be carried out on or near the closed length of road or to vehicles requiring access up to the point(s) of the closure.
Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times
Alternative routes for vehicles affected by the closure will be available via Mount Street, Cross Rink Street, Rink

It is intended that the closure will commence on Wednesday 6 November 2024 23:00 hours and remain in force for until 7 November 2024 at 05:00 hours (although it can remain in force for any period up to 18 months if necessary)

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Borough of Kirklees by reason of works proposed to be carried out on or near the road intends not less than seven days from the date of this Notice to make an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in that length of Church Lane, Dewsbury from a point outside property no. 45 Church Lane to a point outside the Childrens Centre on Church Lane PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with the works to be carried out on or near the closed length of road or to vehicles requiring access up to the point(s) of the closure.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Borough of Kirklees by reason of works proposed to be carried out on or near the road intends not less than seven days from the date of this Notice to make an Order the effect of which will be that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed in that length of Bradford Road, Littletown from a point outside property no. 239 Bradford Road, to a point outside property no. 253 Bradford Road PROVIDED THAT such prohibition shall not extend to vehicles being used in connection with the works to be carried out on or near the closed length of road or to vehicles requiring access up to the point(s) of the closure. Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times. Alternative routes for vehicles affected by the closure will be available via Bradford Road, Dewsbury Road, St Peg Lane, Spen Bank, Spen Lane, Oxford Road, Leeds Road and vice versa
It is intended that the closure will commence on Monday 4 November 2024 23:00 hours and remain in force until 5 November 2024 04:00 hours (although it can remain in force for any period up to 18 months if necessary)
