THE BOROUGH OF HALTON (A558 EASTERN EXPRESSWAY, DARESBURY) (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OR RESTRICTION OF TRAFFIC) ORDER 2024

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Halton Borough Council intends to make, not less than seven days from the date of this Notice, an Order under Section 14(1) Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Road(s) affected: A558 Eastern Expressway, Daresbury
Effect of the Order: during such times and to such extent as shall from time to time be indicated by traffic signs no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to enter or proceed in or along the road.
Maximum duration of the Order: 18 months from the date the Order comes into effect.
Date Order to come into effect: 4 November 2024
Note: the closure is required to carry out carriageway reconstruction and resurfacing works at the junction of A56. The closure is expected to last approximately 5 days, with the exact start date yet to be confirmed. Advanced warning signs will be installed once the start date is finalised. (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OR RESTRICTION OF TRAFFIC) ORDER 2024
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Halton Borough Council intends to make, not less than seven days from the date of this Notice, an Order under Section 14(1) Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Road(s) affected: Rushfield Crescent, Runcorn - footpath 07BV at the rear of number 2
Effect of the Order: during such times and to such extent as shall from time to time be indicated by traffic signs no person shall during the works period enter or proceed in or along the road.
Maximum duration of the Order: 6 months from the date the Order comes into effect.
Date Order to come into effect: 4 November 2024

(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OR RESTRICTION OF TRAFFIC) ORDER 2024
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Halton Borough Council has made an Order under Section 14(1) Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Road(s) affected: Lodge Lane, Runcorn
Reason for making the Order: the Council is satisfied that traffic on the road should be prohibited and/or restricted because works are being or are proposed to be executed on or near the road.
Date Order to come into effect: 21 October 2024
Note: the closure is required to lay track across carriageway for electrical work and will take 5 days. For further information please contact: 0151 705 1858.
Reason for making the Orders: the Council is satisfied that traffic on the roads should be prohibited and/or restricted because works are being or are proposed to be executed on or near the roads.
