or proposed to be executed on or near the road and the effect
will be to prohibit any vehicle from proceeding in that length of
Warde Avenue at Balby in the City of Doncaster District as
described in the Schedule to this notice on the dates and

or proposed to be executed on or near the road and the effect
will be to prohibit any vehicle from proceeding in that length of
Livingstone Avenue at Clay Lane in the City of Doncaster
District as described in the Schedule to this notice on the

The above order, made on 9th October 2024, under section
119 of the Highways Act 1980, will divert the public footpath
running from grid reference SE 64863 01222 north-northwestwards for approximately 9 metres through the curtilage of
28 Main Street to Dursley Court at grid reference SE 6486
0123 to a line running from grid reference SE 64863 01222
westwards for approximately 6 metres to Dursley Court at grid
reference SE 64857 01222, as shown on the order map.
A copy of the order and the order map have been placed and
may be seen free of charge at City of Doncaster Council, Civic
Office, Waterdale, Doncaster, DN1 3BU, from 9.00 a.m. to 4.30
p.m. on Mondays to Fridays. Copies of the order and map may
