(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF THROUGH TRAFFIC) (TEMPORARY SPEED RESTRCITION) (TEMPORARY CLEARWAY) (TEMPORARY AMENDMENT) (No.3)ORDER 2024
The Lancashire County Council (“the County Council”) in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) (a) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, (the Act), and of all other enabling powers, HEREBY makes the following Order:-
The Lancashire County Council (A601M B6254 TO M6 JUNCTION 35, CARNFORTH, LANCASTER CITY) (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF THROUGH TRAFFIC) (TEMPORARY SPEED RESTRCITION) (TEMPORARY CLEARWAY) NOTICE 2023, is hereby temporarily Amended in that:
i. To amend Article 4 as follows:
The prohibition will be operative from 1600 hours on Friday 28th April 2023 until Friday 4th April 2025 or until completion of the works within this period.
This Temporary Amendment Order shall come into operation on 2nd October 2024 and may be cited as “The Lancashire County Council (A6070 B6254 TO M6 JUNCTION 35) (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF THROUGH TRAFFIC) (TEMPORARY SPEED RESTRCITION) (TEMPORARY CLEARWAY) (TEMPORARY AMENDMENT) (No.3) ORDER 2024”
