What is happening?

THE LANCASHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL
(KELLET ROAD, OVER KELLET, LANCASTER CITY)
(TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF THROUGH TRAFFIC) ORDER 2024
(TEMPORARY AMENDMENT) ORDER 2024

The Lancashire County Council (“the County Council”) in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) (a) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, (the Act), and of all other enabling powers, HEREBY makes the following Order:-
The Lancashire County Council (Kellet Road, Over Kellet, Lancaster City) (Temporary Prohibition Of Through Traffic) Order 2024, is hereby temporarily Amended in that:
i. To amend article 3 as follows:
The prohibition will be operative on the following times and dates or until completion of the works within this period; -
i. 0800 hours on Saturday 26th October 2024 until 1700 hours on Sunday 27th October 2024.
ii. 0800 hours on Saturday 2nd November 2024 until 1700 hours on Sunday 3rd November 2024.
This Temporary Amendment Order shall come into operation on 8th October 2024 and may be cited as “The Lancashire County Council (Kellet Road, Over Kellet, Lancaster City) (Temporary Prohibition Of Through Traffic) Order 2024 (Temporary Amendment) Order 2024”
