C172 Harbottle Village - Temporary Road Closure

C172 HARBOTTLE VILLAGE, HARBOTTLE
(TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE) ORDER 2024

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Northumberland County Council have made an Order to prohibit the use by vehicular traffic on that section of the C172 Harbottle Village Harbottle from outside the front of Rose Cottage heading in an easterly direction for a length of 32 metres in the County of Northumberland.
The Order is to be effective from the 28th October 2024 until the 3rd November 2024.
It is expected that the road will only be closed from the 28th October 2024 until the 1st November 2024 and that it will be closed at all times during this period; however, the order will remain in place until 3rd November 2024.
The alternative route for vehicular traffic will be via the C172, C176, U4047, B6341 and vice-versa.

The closure has been requested by Lumsden & Carroll to install foul drainage. In order to minimise future disruption, other contractors may be undertaking works throughout the duration of this Order.
