U6057 JUBILEE COTTAGES FOOTWAY LYNEMOUTH
(TEMPORARY FOOTWAY CLOSURE) ORDER 2024

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Northumberland County Council intends to make an Order to prohibit the use by pedestrian traffic on that section of the U6057 Jubilee Cottages Footway at the west side of 10 Jubilee Cottages for a length of 28 metres in the County of Northumberland.
The Order is to be effective from the 11th November 2024 until the 29th November 2024.
It is expected that the footway will only be closed from the 11th November 2024 until the 15th November 2024 and that the footway will be closed at all times during this period; however, the order will remain in place until 29th November 2024.
The alternative route for pedestrian traffic will be via the Jubilee Cottages Footway, Boland Road Back Lane Jubilee Terrace, Chester Square and Jubilee Cottages and vice-versa.

The closure has been requested by Northumbrian Water Ltd to excavate to remove interceptor. In order to minimise future disruption, other contractors may be undertaking works throughout the duration of this Order.
