NOTICE OF MAKING OF AN ORDER

HIGHWAYS ACT 1980 The Cambridgeshire County Council (Public Footpath No. 1, Diddington (part)) Public Path Diversion Order 2024 The above Order, made on 27 September 2024 under section 119 of the Highways Act 1980, will divert part of Public Footpath No. 1, Diddington from its current line, starting at the public road at Diddington at OSGR TL 1954 6557 generally south-south-west along the eastern side of a farm access track, for approx. 74m to TL 1952 6550. Then continuing generally south-east, along a grass track through a field for approx. 173m to TL 1963 6537. Then continuing generally south-south-west along a grass track for approx. 181m to TL 1957 6520. Then continuing generally east-south-east for approx. 401m to a point north of a wooded area at TL 1996 6510, to a new line starting at the public road at Diddington at TL 1974 6578 generally east along a concrete track for approx. 37m to a gate at TL 1978 6578. Then continuing generally east along the track for approx. 172m to TL 1995 6575. Then continuing along a track, to the north and west of Diddington Pit, generally south-west for approx. 360m to TL 1970 6551. Then continuing along the track, to the west of Diddington Pit, generally south for approx. 179m to TL 1967 6533. Then continuing along the meandering track, to the south of Diddington Pit, generally east-south-east for approx. 423m to TL 2003 6521. Then continuing along a track generally south-south-west for approx. 110m to TL 1999 6511. Then continuing along the track generally south-west for approx. 34m to a point north of a wooded area at TL 1996 6510 as shown on the Order Map. The Cambridgeshire County Council (Public Footpath No. 1, Southoe and Midloe (part)) Public Path Diversion Order 2024 The above Order, made on 27 September 2024 under section 119 of the Highways Act 1980, will divert part of Public Footpath No. 1, Southoe and Midloe from an access track to Broughton Lodge Farm at TL 1876 6498 and continuing generally east-south-east across a quarry for approx. 937m to rejoin the access track at TL 1963 6467, to a new line starting at an access track to Broughton Lodge Farm at TL 1876 6498 and continuing generally south-west for approx. 130m to TL 1871 6486. Then continuing generally east-south-east along the track for approx. 868m to TL 1955 6464. Then continuing generally north-east along the track for approx. 93m to TL 1963 6467 as shown on the Order Map.

A copy of the Orders and the Order Maps have been placed and may be seen free of charge at the offices of the Huntingdonshire District Council, Pathfinder House, St Mary's Street, Huntingdon, PE29 3TN and of the undersigned, during normal office hours. Copies of the Orders and Maps may be bought at the latter at the price of £16.20 each. Please state the grounds on which they are made. If no such representations or objections are duly made, or if any so made are withdrawn, the Cambridgeshire County Council may confirm the Order(s) as unopposed Order(s). If the Order(s) are sent to the Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs for confirmation any representations or objections which have not been withdrawn will be sent with the Order(s).
