PUBLIC NOTICE

Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984

(Link Footpath F30394 Eathorpe Close (o/s no. 75), Redditch) (Temporary Closure) Order 2024

Order made: To close that part of Link Footpath F30394 Eathorpe Close (o/s no.75) from its junction with U33106 Eathorpe Close to its junction with Link Footpath F30394 Eathorpe Close (side no.77).

Reason: New gas connection by Cadent Gas.

Exemptions: To permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.

Alternative route: Link Footpath F30394 Eathorpe Close (side no.77), Link Footpath F30394 (btw no. 90/91), Link Footpath F30391 Eathorpe Close (o/s no. 95), U33106 Eathorpe Close and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 6 Months. Anticipated duration: 3 days (24hrs). Commencing: 21 October 2024.

(U30015 Dark Lane, Redditch) (Temporary Closure) Order 2024

Proposed Order: To close that part of U30015 Dark Lane from its junction with C2038 Astwood Lane for a distance of 65 metres in a south easterly direction.

Reason: Utility Work by Severn Trent Water.

Exemptions: To permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.

Alternative route: U30015 Dark Lane (part), U30027 High Street, C2038 Feckenham Road, C2038 Astwood Lane and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 2 days. Commencing: 12 November 2024.

(Link Footpath F30273 Great Barn Lane (side No 9), Redditch) (Temporary Closure) Order 2024

Order made: To close that part of Link Footpath F30273 Great Barn Lane (side No 9) from its junction with U30408 Great Barn Lane to its junction with Link Footpath F30275 Ashton Close (side No 8).

Reason: Footway reconstruction by WCC.

Exemptions: To permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.

Alternative route: U30408 Great Barn Lane, U30412 Bascote Close, Link Footpath F30271 Bascote Close (between No 26/27), Footpath Public Right of Way RD-652, U30413 Birchfield Road, C2137 Middle Piece Drive, U30329 Fordbridge Close and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 6 Months. Anticipated duration: 9 days. Commencing: 21 October 2024.

(U23445 Corbett Road, Hollywood) (Temporary Closure) Order 2024

Order made: To close that part of U23445 Corbett Road from its junction with U23451 Dyas Road for a distance of 75 metres in a north easterly direction.

Reason: Utility works by Severn Trent Water.

Exemptions: To permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.

Alternative route: U23451 Dyas Road, U23445 Douglas Road, C2041 Hollywood Lane, U23445 Corbett Road (part) and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 4 days. Commencing: 21 October 2024.

(B4090 Droitwich Road, Feckenham) (Temporary Closure) Order 2024

Proposed Order: To close that part of B4090 Droitwich Road from its junction with B4090 Droitwich Road to its junction with C2052 Mile Post Lane.

Reason: Footway reconstruction by WCC.

Exemptions: To permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.

Alternative route: B4091 Hanbury Road, A38 Redditch Road,

A38 Stoke Road, A448 Bromsgrove Highway, B4504 Windmill Drive, A441 Evesham Road, A441 The Ridgeway, B4090 Saltway, B4090 The Saltway and vice versa.

Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 5 nights (18:00-02:00). Commencing: 11 November 2024.

Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (As Amended) Worcestershire County Council (Borough of Redditch) (Civil Enforcement Area) (Waiting Restrictions and Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2009 (Variation) Order 2024 [Prohibition of Waiting on Raglis Close, Redditch]

Worcestershire County Council are to consider making an Order the effect of which will be to prohibit waiting at any time on the following length and side of road in Redditch: Raglis Close: (Northwest side) from a point 13 metres northeast of its junction with Springvale Road for a distance of 5 metres in a south easterly direction.

The Order will vary the above Consolidation Order (which provides for civil enforcement of contraventions of waiting prohibitions and restrictions) and will contain exemptions to allow parking/ access for certain purposes and limited waiting by disabled persons' vehicles.
