Hysbysir drwy hyn fod Cyngor Sir Dinas a Sir Caerdydd wrth arfer ei bwerau dan Ddeddf Rheoleiddio Traffig 1984 (fel y’i diwygiwyd), Rhan 6 Deddf Rheoli Traffig 2004 fel y’i diwygiwyd, Rheoliadau Gorfodi Sifil ar Dramgwyddau Traffig Ffyrdd (Darpariaethau Cyffredinol) (Cymru) 2013, Gorchymyn Dynodi Gorfodi Sifil ar Dramgwyddau Parcio (Dinas a Sir Caerdydd) 2010, Gorchymyn Dynodi Gorfodi Sifil ar Dramgwyddau Lonydd Bysiau a Thraffig sy’n Symud (Dinas a Sir Caerdydd) 2014 a’r holl bwerau galluogi eraill, yn bwriadu gwneud Gorchymyn a fydd yn gosod cyfyngiadau traffig ar y darnau o ffordd a nodir yn yr Atodlen isod. Disgrifir natur y cyfyngiadau a theitlau’r gorchmynion arfaethedig yn yr Atodlen honno hefyd.

Rhaid anfon unrhyw wrthwynebiadau a sylwadau eraill sy’n ymwneud â’r gorchmynion yn ysgrifenedig ar neu cyn 6 Tachwedd 2024 neu drwy ebost i gwrthwynebiadaugorchymyntraffigffyrdd@caerdydd.gov.uk a rhaid nodi eich rhesymau dros wrthwynebu. Atodlen
1. Mae Gorchymyn Cyngor Sir Dinas a Sir Caerdydd (Gwaharddiadau a Chyfyngiadau Stopio, Aros, Llwytho a Mannau Parcio ar y Stryd) (Cydgrynhoi) 2024 (Diwygiad Rhif 88) 2024 yn cynnig:
i. cyflwyno man parcio Defnydd Deuol yn Heol y Tollty ar ei ochr ddeorllewin o bwynt 2 fetr i’r de-orllewin o’r gyffordd â Ffordd Fynediad Maes Parcio Tŷ Unison am 13 metr i’r de-orllewin.
a. Rhwng 08:00 a 19:59 (mae aros yn gyfyngedig ar gyfer deiliaid trwyddedau arbennig yn unig at ddibenion llwytho a dadlwytho am uchafswm o 1 awr, a dim dychwelyd o fewn 2 awr) b. Rhwng 20:00 – 07:59 (dros nos) defnyddio Safle Tacsis 
ii. Eich atal rhag gadael eich cerbyd a llwytho a dadlwytho ar unrhyw adeg yn:
a. Stryd Bute, ar ochr y de-orllewin o’r gyffordd â Heol y Tollty am 15 metr i’r de-ddwyrain.
b. Heol y Tollty ar ochr y gogledd/gogledd-ddwyrain ar ei hyd.
c. Heol y Tollty ar ochr y de/de-orllewin o’r gyffordd â Heol Eglwys Fair i bwynt 15 metr i’r de-orllewin o’r gyffordd â Ffordd Fynediad Maes Parcio Tŷ Unison ac o bwynt 2 fetr i’r de-orllewin o’r gyffordd â ffordd Fynediad Maes Parcio Unison House i’w chyffordd â Stryd Bute
d. Ffordd Fynediad Maes Parcio Tŷ Unison ar y ddwy ochr o’r gyffordd â Heol y Tollty am 5 metr i’r de

2. Mae Gorchymyn Cyngor Sir Dinas A Sir Caerdydd (Heol y Tollty, Caerdydd) (Gât Bysus) (Gwahardd Gyrru) 2024 yn cynnig:
i. Diwygio’r cyfyngiadau presennol i’ch atal rhag teithio ar hyd Heol y Tollty ar y ddwy ochr o’r gyffordd â Heol Eglwys Fair am 64.5 metr i’r dwyrain ac ar ochr y de-ddwyrain o’r gyffyrdd â Rhodfa Bute am bellter o 15 metr i’r de-orllewin.
ii. Eich atal rhag teithio ar hyd Heol y Tollty ar y ddwy ochr o’r gyffordd â Stryd Bute am 64.5 metr i’r dwyrain o’r gyffordd â Heol Eglwys Fair.
iii.Tynnu cyfyngiadau’r Gât Bysus o Ffordd y Brenin ar y ddwy ochr o’r gyffordd â Heol y Gogledd i’r gyffordd â Heol y Brodyr Llwydion.

3. Mae Gorchymyn Cyngor Sir Dinas a Sir Caerdydd (Heol y Tollty, Caerdydd) (Rheoliad Traffig sy’n Symud) 2024 yn cynnig caniatáu troi i’r chwith ar Heol y Tollty yn unig wrth adael maes parcio aml-lawr Gwesty’r Marriot.

NEW TRAFFIC PROPOSALS FOR THE CITY AND COUNTY OF CARDIFF
Notice is hereby given that The County Council of the City and County of Cardiff in exercise of its powers under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended, Part 6 of the Traffic Management Act 2004 as amended, The Civil Enforcement of Road Traffic Contraventions (General Provisions) (Wales) Regulations 2013 and The Civil Enforcement of Parking Contraventions (City and County of Cardiff) Designation Order 2010, The Civil Enforcement of Bus Lanes and Moving Traffic Contraventions (City and County of Cardiff) Designation Order 2014 and of all other enabling powers intends to impose traffic restrictions on the lengths of road referred to in the Schedule below. The nature of the restrictions and the titles of the proposed orders are also described in the said Schedule.

Details of the proposals and plans showing the location and extent of the proposed restrictions are available at www.cardiff.gov.uk/trafficorders. In addition you can obtain copies of the same by sending an email request to roadtrafficorderobjections@cardiff.gov.uk or by making a written request to the address below.

Any objections and other representations relating to the orders must be submitted in writing on or before 6 November 2024 or by email to roadtrafficorderobjections@cardiff.gov.uk and must contain the grounds on which you object. Correspondence may be disclosed as required by the Freedom of Information Act 2000.

The Council welcomes correspondence in English and Welsh and we will ensure that we communicate with you in the language of your choice, whether that’s English, Welsh or bilingual as long as you let us know which you prefer. Corresponding in Welsh will not lead to any delay. 

Schedule
1. The County Council of The City and County of Cardiff (Prohibitions and Restrictions of Stopping, Waiting, Loading and Street Parking Places) (Consolidation) Order 2024 (Amendment No.88) Order 2024 proposes to:
i. Introduce Dual Use parking bay in Custom House Street on its south west side from a point 2 metres south west of its junction with the Unison House Car Park Access Road for a distance of 13 metres south west.
a. Between the hours of 08.00 -19:59 (waiting is limited for permitted for special permit holders only for the purpose of loading and unloading for a maximum of 1 hour, and no return within 2 hours) 
b. Between the hours of 20:00 – 07:59 (overnight) use a Taxi Rank 
ii. Prevent you from leaving your vehicle and loading and unloading at any time in:
a. Bute Street on its south west side from its junction with Custom House Street for a distance of 15 metres south east.
b. Custom House Street on its north/north east side throughout its entire length.
c. Custom House Street on its south/south west side from its Junction with St Mary Street to a point 15 metres south west of its junction with the Unison House Car Park Access Road and from a point 2 metres south west of its junction with the Unison House Car Park Access road to its junction with Bute Street
d. Unison House Car Park Access Road on both sides from its junction with Custom House Street for a distance of 5 metres South

2. The County Council of the City and County of Cardiff (Custom House Street, Cardiff) (Bus Gate) (Prohibition of Driving) Order 2024 proposes to:
i. Amend the existing restrictions to prevent you from proceeding in Custom House Street on both sides from its junction with St Mary Street for a distance of 64.5 metres east and on its south east side from its junctions with Bute Terrace for a distance of 15 metres south west.
ii. Prevent you from proceeding in Custom House Street on both sides from its junction with Bute Street for a distance of 64.5 metres east of its junction with St Mary Street.
iii.Remove the Bus Gate restrictions from Kingsway on both sides from its junction with North Road to its junction with Greyfriars Road.

3. The County Council of the City and County of Cardiff (Custom House Street Cardiff) (Moving Traffic Regulation) Order 2024 proposes to permit a left hand turn only in Custom House Street when exiting the Marriot Hotel multi-storey car park.
