What is happening?

London Borough Of Hammersmith And Fulham Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984

The Hammersmith and Fulham (Charged-For Parking Places) (Amendment No.**) Order 202*

The Hammersmith and Fulham (Free Parking Places, Loading Places and Waiting, Loading and Stopping Restrictions) (Amendment No.**) Order 202*

1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham propose to make the above-mentioned Orders under the powers granted by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended).

2. The general effect of the Orders would be to reduce existing parking places to introduce a 2.7 metre cycle hanger and a 6 metre E-Scooter and cycle hire only bay in :

(1) Aldensley Road, the north side, outside the flank wall of No. 69 Tabor Road.

(2) Avonmore Road, the south-west side outside Avonmore Primary School.

(3) Gwendwr Road, the north side, outside the southwest corner of Gwendwr Garden.

(4) Humbolt Road, the west side, opposite Nos 33 and 35 Humbolt Road.

(5) Margavine Road, the south side, opposite Matthewes Community Hall.

(6) Minford Gardens, the south side, opposite Nos.52- 56 Minford Gardens.

(7) Sandilands Road, the west side of the north south arm, outside the rear wall of Nos. 99 and 101 Wandsworth Bridge Road.

(8) Stephendale Road, the south-east side, opposite Nos. 13 and 15 Stephendale Road.

3. The general effect of the Orders would be to reduce existing parking places to introduce a 2.7 metre cycle hanger in :

(9) Bloemfontein Avenue, the south side, outside the flank wall of No. 7 Bloemfontein Road.

(10) Cambridge Grove, the east side, outside No. 100 Cambridge Grove.

(11) Crabtree Lane, the south-east side, opposite No.4 Crabtree Lane.

(12) Gratton Road, the west side, opposite Nos. 26 and 28 Gratton Road.

(13) Kimarsh Road, the south side, outside the flank wall of No.16 Iffley Road.

(14) Milson Road, the southwest side, outside the flank wall of No. 38 Hazlit Road.

(15) Silverton Road, the north side, outside the flank wall of No. 226 Fulham Palace Road.

(16) Sinclair Road, the south-west side, opposite No.114 Sinclair Road.

(17) Southerton Road, the east side, outside No. 30 Southerton Road.

(18) Westcroft Square, the east side, outside the flank wall of No. 57 Westcroft Square.

(19) Woodlawn Road, the west side, opposite the flank wall of No. 70 Queensmill Road.

(20) To make further amendments to bring the Map-Based Orders in line with the on-street layout.

4. A copy of the proposed Orders, the Councils Statement of Reasons for proposing to make the Orders, and documents giving more detailed particulars can be inspected, by appointment, during normal office hours on Mondays to Fridays inclusive until the end of a period of 6 weeks beginning with the date on which the Orders are made, or as the case may be, the Council decides not to make the Orders.

5. Any person wishing to object to the proposed Orders or make other representations should send a statement in writing to Transport and Highways Department, Environmental Services, Town Hall Extension, King Street, Hammersmith, W6 9JU or via email to Traffic.Orders@lbhf.gov.uk until the expiration of 21 days from the date on which the notice is published.
