SUFFOLK COUNTY COUNCIL ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984: SECTION 14
TEMPORARY CLOSURE OF PART OF THE U7337 PARK LANE, GLEMSFORD
Suffolk County Council has made an order closing the U7337 Park Lane, Glemsford from Bells Lane to King Road to facilitate parking equipment during carriageway resurfacing works. Other co-ordinated works may also take place during this period. Access will be open for pedestrians and cyclists. The diversion route will be Kings Road, Chestnut Road, Broadway, Bells Lane and vice versa.
It is intended that the closure will operate from 14/10/2024 - 16/10/2024 from 8am - 6pm but, if necessary, the order may remain in force for 18 months (or longer if extended by the Minister).

TEMPORARY CLOSURE OF PART OF THE C654 GAZELEY ROAD, MOULTON
Suffolk County Council has made an order closing the C654 Gazeley Road, Moulton from the junction with Brookside for 100 metres eastbound to facilitate water chamber repairs. Other co-ordinated works may also take place during this period. Access will be open for pedestrians and cyclists. The diversion route will be Gazeley Road, Moulton Road, Dalham Road, the B1085, Bridge Street and vice versa.
It is intended that the closure will operate from 14/10/2024 - 16/10/2024 but, if necessary, the order may remain in force for 18 months (or longer if extended by the Minister).

TEMPORARY CLOSURE OF PART OF THE U1621 GREEN LANE AND COXS LANE, REYDON
Suffolk County Council has made an order closing the following roads in the following phases:
- U1621 Green Lane, Reydon from no. 11 to no. 29
- U1621 Coxs Lane, Reydon from no. 3 to the junction with Queens Road
This is to facilitate gas main replacement works. Other co-ordinated works may also take place during this period. Access will be open for pedestrians and cyclists. The diversion routes will be the:
- The B1126, Jermyns Road and vice versa
- The B1127, Covert Road and vice versa
It is intended that the closure will operate from 14/10/2024 - 28/10/2024 but, if necessary, the order may remain in force for 18 months (or longer if extended by the Minister).

TEMPORARY CLOSURE OF THE U6750 PARK LANE, SOUTHWOLD
Suffolk County Council intends to make an order closing the U6750 Park Lane, Southwold to facilitate carriageway resurfacing. Other co-ordinated works may also take place during this period. Access will be open for pedestrians and cyclists. The diversion route will be Queens Street, Queens Road, Gardener Road and vice versa.
It is intended that the closure will operate from 23/10/2024 - 25/10/2024 from 8am - 6pm but, if necessary, the order may remain in force for 18 months (or longer if extended by the Minister).

TEMPORARY CLOSURE AND SUSPENSION OF 7.5 TONNE WEIGHT RESTRICTION ON PART OF THE B1077 EYE ROAD, LANGTON GREEN AND VICTORIA HILL, BROME AND OAKLEY AND EYE
Suffolk County Council has made an order closing the:
- B1077 Eye Road, Brome and Oakley from Airfield Industrial Estate, Brome and Oakley to Langton Green, Eye
- B1077 Langton Green, Eye
- B1077 Victoria Hill, Eye from Langton Green, Eye to Century Road, Eye
This is to facilitate carriageway patching. Other co-ordinated works may also take place during this period. Access will be open for pedestrians and cyclists. The diversion route will be the B1077, the B1117, the A140, the B1077 and vice versa.
For the duration of this closure there will be a suspension of the 7.5 tonne weight restriction on the B1077 Broad Street, Eye from its junction with the B1117 and the B1077 for 900 metres northbound.
It is intended that these measures will operate from 14/10/2024 - 19/10/2024 with a further closure scheduled for associated works. If necessary, the order may remain in force for 18 months (or longer if extended by the Minister).

Suffolk County Council has made an order closing the following roads in the following phases:
- U5503 Abbot Road, Bury St Edmunds from no. 2 to no. 14
- U5503 Abbot Road, Bury St Edmunds from no. 14 to no. 27
- U5528 Winthrop Road, Bury St Edmunds from the junction with Abbot Road for 21 metres southbound
- U5531 Boyne Road, Bury St Edmunds from the junction with Abbot Road for 31 metres northbound
This is to facilitate gas replacement works. Other co-ordinated works may also take place during this period. Access will be open for pedestrians and cyclists. The diversion routes will be:
- Abbot Road, Flemynig Road, Westley Road, West Road and vice versa
- Winthrop Road, Flemynig Road, Westley Road, West Road and vice versa
It is intended that the closures will operate from:
- 14/10/2024 - 28/10/2024
- 28/10/2024 - 01/11/2024
If necessary, the order may remain in force for 18 months (or longer if extended by the Minister).

Suffolk County Council has made an order closing the C233 Bruisyard Road, Cransford from Lodge Cottage for 40 metres westbound to facilitate access to a telegraph pole. Other co-ordinated works may also take place during this period. Access will be open for pedestrians and cyclists. The diversion route will be West Farm Road, the B1119, Cransford Road and vice versa.
It is intended that the closure will operate on 14/10/2024 from 9.30am - 3.30pm but, if necessary, the order may remain in force for 18 months (or longer if extended by the Minister).

TEMPORARY CLOSURE OF PART OF THE C533 LOW ROAD, EARL SOHAM
Suffolk County Council has made an order closing the C533 Low Road, Earl Soham from 400 metres south of the junction with The Street for 50 metres southbound to facilitate a new electrical connection. Other co-ordinated works may also take place during this period.
Access will be open for pedestrians and cyclists. The diversion route will be The Street, the A1120 and vice versa.
It is intended that the closure will operate from 14/10/2024 - 18/10/2024 but, if necessary, the order may remain in force for 18 months (or longer if extended by the Minister).

TEMPORARY CLOSURE OF PART OF THE U1738 POUND ROAD, BECCLES
Suffolk County Council has made an order closing the U1738 Pound Road, Beccles from no. 15 to Providence House to facilitate repairs to a telecommunication pole. Other co-ordinated works may also take place during this period.
Access will be open for pedestrians and cyclists. The diversion route will be Ravensmere, Old Market, Northgate, Bridge Street and vice versa.
It is intended that the closure will operate from 14/10/2024 - 16/10/2024 from 9.30am - 4pm but, if necessary, the order may remain in force for 18 months (or longer if extended by the Minister).

TEMPORARY CLOSURE OF THE C236 VARIOUS ROADS, FRAMLINGHAM AND KETTLEBURGH
Suffolk County Council has made an order closing the:
- C236 Kettleburgh Road, Framlingham
- C236 School Hill, Kettleburgh
- C236 Framlingham Road, Kettleburgh
- C236 Road from the B1116 to the C235, Kettleburgh
This is to facilitate clearing and cleaning telecommunications ducts and chambers. Other co-ordinated works may also take place during this period.
Access will be open for pedestrians and cyclists. The diversion route will be The Street, Easton Road, Kettleburgh Road, Framlingham Road, Dark Lane, the B1116 and vice versa.
It is intended that the closure will operate from 14/10/2024 - 27/10/2024 from 8pm - 6am but, if necessary, the order may remain in force for 18 months (or longer if extended by the Minister).

TEMPORARY CLOSURE OF PART OF THE C729 RECTORY HILL AND MILL STREET AND U8542 MILL LANE, POLSTEAD
Suffolk County Council has made an order closing the following roads in the following phases:
- C729 Rectory Hill, Polstead from the B1068 to The Old Rectory
- C729 Mill Street, Polstead from The Old Rectory to the junction with Mill Lane
- U8542 Mill Lane, Polstead from the junction with Mill Street to Hill View
This is to facilitate an electrical supply upgrade. Other co-ordinated works may also take place during this period.
Access will be open for pedestrians and cyclists.
The diversion routes will be:
- For phases 1, 2, and 3: the A1071, the A134, the B1087, the B1068 and vice versa
- For Mill Lane on phase 2: the B1068, the A134, the A1071 and vice versa
It is intended that the closure will operate from 14/10/2024 - 29/11/2024 but, if necessary, the order may remain in force for 18 months (or longer if extended by the Minister).

TEMPORARY CLOSURE OF PART OF FOOTPATH 28, MONK SOHAM
Suffolk County Council has made an order closing Footpath 28, Monk Soham at the footbridges for safety reasons due to damaged footbridges. Other co-ordinated works may also take place during this period.
There is no diversion route.
This order continues in force the emergency measures operating since 23/09/2024.
It is intended that the closure will operate until 22/03/2025, or longer if extended by the Minister.

Suffolk County Council has made an order closing Footpath 22, Sproughton from Lower Street for 1130 metres northbound for safety reasons due to a damaged surface. Other co-ordinated works may also take place during this period.
There is no diversion route.
This order continues in force the emergency measures operating since 23/09/2024.
It is intended that the closure will operate until 22/03/2025, or longer if extended by the Minister.

Suffolk County Council has made an order closing the U4435 Maitland Road, Needham Market to facilitate flood alleviation works. Other co-ordinated works may also take place during this period.
Access will be open for pedestrians and cyclists. The diversion route will be the U4435 Lion Lane, the B1113 Ipswich Road and vice versa.
It is intended that the closure will operate from 9pm on 14/10/2024 - 4am on 17/10/2024 and from 8pm on 18/10/2024 - 4am on 19/10/2024 but, if necessary, the order may remain in force for 18 months (or longer if extended by the Minister).
