PROPOSED DISPOSAL OF PUBLIC OPEN SPACE AT VISCOUNT WALK; MEIR
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN under Section 123 (1), (2A) of the above Act that Stoke-on-Trent City Council intends to dispose of the parcel of land described in the Schedule below. It is intended that the disposal will be by way of redevelopment.
Any objections to the disposals should be made in writing and addressed to Housing Development, Floor 3, Civic Centre, Glebe Street, ST4 1HH and must be received by no later than 12th November 2024.
SCHEDULE
Approximately 340 m 2 being land behind 47 Sandon Old Road.
Plans that identifies the precise location of the land in question can be inspected at the Civic Centre, Glebe Street, Stoke-on-Trent ST4 1HH during normal office hours. Enquiries relating to the proposed land disposal should be directed to Charlotte Rettinger on 01782 235344.
