Norfolk County Council in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, hereby give notice that:

i) THEY PROPOSE TO MAKE Temporary Traffic Regulation Orders in respect of tie following loads:

ALBY WITH THWAITE - Thwaite Road from 700m south of its junction with Thwaite Hill for 200m southwards to facilitate BT pole and cabling works on 24th October 2024 (may continue until 5th December 2024). ATTLEBRIDGE, HORSEFORD, DRAYTON & TAVERHAM-A1270 Broadland Northwayfrom its junction with A1067 Fakenham Road to its junction with A140 Holt Road to facilitate Norfolk County Council gully cleaning, line refreshing, grass cutting and weed spraying works between 20:00 and 05:00 from 21st to 27th October 2024 (may continue until the 8th December 2024). BACTON - Bacton Road from its junction with Mill Road for260m north-eastwards to facilitate vehicular access for works vehicles as required by a safety audit. The Road will be temporarily subject to a 30mph speed restriction from 5th November 2024 to 4th October 2028. Alternative route is via: N/A. This restriction is also made pursuant to section 15(2).

BARSHAM -1) B1355 Creake Road Bumham Market Road from 50m north of its junction with Bumham Lane for 100m south-eastwards and 2) C325 Bunham Lane from its junction with B1355 Burnham Market Road for 50m north-eastwards to facilitate carriageway resurfacing works between 19:30 on 24th October and 07:00 on 25th October 2024 (may continue until 6th December 2024). CLEY-NEXT-THE-SEA - Cley Road from its {unction with Hurdle Lane for 100m northwestwards to facilitate BT overhead cabling works between 09:30 and 15:30 from 21st to 22nd October 2024 (may continue until 3rd December 2024). Alternate route is via: Cley Road, Holt Road, Bridge Road, Kelling Road, Cromer Road, White Lion Street, Market Place, High Street, New Street (Kelling, Letheringsett with Glandford, Holt, Satrhouse, Cley Next the Sea).

COLBY AND BANNINGHAM - Church Road from 280m north of its {unction with Bridge Road for 90m northwards to facilitate Norfolk County Council tree removal and verge works from 21st to 23rd October 2024 (may continue until 4th December 2024). CROMER - Brook Street from 30m north of its junction with A149 Church Street for 30m northwards to facilitate building repair works between 08:00 and 17:00 on 21st October 2024 (may continue until 2nd December 2024). GREAT AND LITTLE PLUMSTEAD - Church Road from its junction with Hare Road to its Junction with Roseberry Road to facilitate installation of a new fibre network from 25th October to 1st November 2024 (may continue until 13th December 2024). Alternative route is via: Church Road, A47 A1270 Broadland Northway, Thorpe End Drive, Plumstead Road, Reeves Corner, Broad Lane, Hare Road (Brundall, Postwick with Wtton, Great and Little Plumstead).

GREAT AND LITTLE PLUMSTEAD - Broad Lane from its junction with Hospital Lane for 20m westwards to facilitate Anglian Water mains installations works from 21 st to 23rd October 2024 (may continue until 4th December 2024). Alternative route is via: Broad Lane, Hare Road, Church Road, Water Lane.

GREAT YARMOUTH - Kitchener Road from its {unction with Northgate Street for 400m eastwards to facilitate installation of a new gas connection from 21st October to 15th November 2024 (may continue until 15th May 2025). Alternative route is via: Northgate Street, Estcourt Road, North Denes Road.

GREAT YARMOUTH - Jellicoe Road from its {unction with Caister Road for 320m eastwards to facilitate cycleway improvements and resurfacing works from 21st October 2024 to 31st January 2025 (may continue until 20th April 2026). Alternative route is via: Caister Road, Lawn Avenue, North Quay, Ade New Road, Fullers Hill, Priory Plain, St Nicholas Road, Euston Road, Wellesley Road, North Drive, Jellicoe Road.

GREAT WTTCHINGHAM - Rabbit Lane from its junction with Heath Lane for 265m eastwards to facilitate installation of a new fibre network from 21st to 28th October 2024 (may continue until 9th December 2024). Alternative route is via: Porters Lane, A1067(Norwich Road, Fakenham Road), Heath Line.

HEMSBY - Hemsby Footpath 2 from its {unction with C638 Beach Road to its {unction with C454 New Port Road due to coastal erosion from 22nd October 2024 to 31st March 2025 (previously 1st to 21st October 2024). Alternative route is via: N/A.

HOLKHAM-A149 Main Road from 84m east of its junction with Glebe Lane for 2250m eastwards owing to safety concerns for road users due to road surface defects. The Order continues the provisions of the Order dated 23rd August 2024 that the Road will be temporarily subject to a 30mph speed restriction from 24th October 2024 to 31st January 2025 (previously 26th August to 23rd October 2024, may continue until the 5th April 2026). LUDHAM - A1B02 Norwich Ftoad from its junction with Pound Lane to its junction with Horse Fen Road to facilitate carriageway resurfacing. The road will be temporarily closed and traffic over the road shall be temporarily prohibited to park, stop, load, and/or unload between 07:30 and 17:00 on 21st to 25th October 2024 (may continue until 6th December 2024). NORTH WALSHAM - Lyngate Road from 260m west of its junction with Bradfield Road for 200m westwards to facilitate highway improvement works from 21st October to 21st November 2024 (may continue until 21st May 2025). Alternative route is via: Lyngate Road, Bradfield Road, Pond Road, Chapel Road (Swafield, Antingham, North Walsham).

OULTON - Aylsham Road from 1200m east of its junction with Mew Road for 350m eastwards to facilitate highway improvement works and cable ducting from 21st October to 20th November 2024 (may continue until 20th May 2025). Alternative route is via: New Road, The Street, Oultor Street, Heydon Road, Abel Heath Lane, Aylsham Road (Aylsham, Cawston, Oulton).

REPPS WITH BASTWICK - Church Road from its junction with Staithe Road for 188m northeastwards to facilitate installation of a sub-duct to facilitate cabling works from 21st to 25th October 2024 (may continue until 6th December 2024). Alternative route is via: Church Road, B1152 Mill Road, High Road.

SALLE -1) Bf 145 Cawstone Road from 490m east of its junction with Heydon Road for 725m eastwards and 2j Bf f 45 Cawstone Road from 250m south of its junction with Heydon Road for 200m southwards to facilitate vehicular access for works vehicles as required by a safety audit. The roads 1) and 2) will be temporarily subject to a 30mph speed restriction from 2nd November 2024 to 1st November 2028. SCULTHORPE - Bumham Market Road from its {unction with A148 Creake Road for 80m northwards to facilitate carriageway resurfacing from 25th to 26th October 2024 (may continue until 7th December 2024).
